A great Arizona getaway!
My husband and I stayed with some friends at this beautiful property over the New Year holiday! What a beautiful home and pool! It was very clean, beds were very comfy, and the listing is very accurate. It was close to shopping, restaurants, and the football stadium. Communication with hosts was quick and friendly. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

We stayed comfortably for a week with our 2 teens and our toddler. They had everything we needed and beyond. We were able to throughly enjoy our vacation, meet and visit family, and relax and this VRBO was a big reason for that. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay in Goodyear!!
The property was as advertised! Great open concept floor plan which was perfect for our stay with 6 people. The property was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking supplies and there were more than enough towels, blankets, etc. for all six of us. I had some issues connecting to the pool's app and Shannon was available immediately to assist. The pool was great for those hot Arizona days. Would highly recommend this property to others.

Best Vacation Rental
This house was brand new and everything was perfect. Through my own fault, i locked myself out but the host rectified this very quickly. This home was the most well stocked vacation rental I've ever stayed in and there have been plenty. There were lots of seasonings, towels, toiletries, detergent...i mean the host thought of everything. And on to the pool, it was absolutely gorgeous and my family couldn't stay out of it. The host was very responsive and attentive, and all i can say is well done! I will definitely stay here again, if available, next time visiting Arizona.

Amazing Outdoor Oasis
Very clean, newly renovated home with a very relaxing outdoor space. Our 3 kids (12, 15 and 18) loved the pool, hot tubs and putting green. We grilled often and ate dinner around the propane fire pit. Beautiful indoor and outdoor space exactly as shown in the VRBO listing. Well appointed with everything you need—SUP and floats for the pool, cookware utensils, linens all brand new and super clean. Convenient location in Goodyear—visited Sedona, Grand Canyon and Univ of AZ on day trips. Would definitely book again.

Beautifully appointed home
The house was one of the more nicely appointed houses I have ever rented. From nice sheets and towels to fully stocked kitchen with lots of spices and ziplocks. Very comfortable sofa and huge TVs in every room. Perfect for Waste management golf and Super Bowl. The neighborhood doesn’t meet the condition of the house and the road noise is quite loud. All in all we enjoyed the home.

Nice stay to visit other family!
The house and area were perfect for us. We came to visit grandma and grandpa and although the weather was rainy while we were here, we enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. The house is well stocked with everything you need. Look in the pantry and cupboards before you grocery shop. Very helpful to have some oil, salt and pepper and seasonings. Have life jackets and pool toys. Nice quiet neighborhood, but the busy road is loud. Didn’t affect us though as the house was quiet. The owners are very responsive and attentive to the property’s upkeep and needs. The pool cover is annoying. We couldn’t use the upper spa much because the giant cover is in the way of our sight line to the kids swimming. We have young kids so rolling up the cover and unrolling was a pain when we already have a lot to do with littles. But, not annoying enough to make it a bad time. We understand the cover was needed to keep heat in. Overall it was a great stay! Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful home!

Great for short family visit
We were in town visiting family and stayed over a long weekend. The heated pool and spas were wonderful to keep the kids entertained. Lots of space and everything we needed to host extended family for dinner. Bathrooms and kitchen are nicely updated, conveniently located near Walmart for easy shopping. SO GREAT!!!!
This property is one of the best I've ever stayed at!! I cannot say enough good about it. The linens, Toilet Paper, Dishes, Beds, and Towels, were all GREAT quality! The only bad things were the master bedroom pillows were too soft for our taste (but everyone is different), and the master bathroom doesn't have a covering for the frosted window and it was super bright at night!!!! You can hear a lot of traffic noise outside in the pool, but we honestly didn't notice it at night in the house. I love this house and definitely want to go back! We went the last week in December and got the house because it had a heated pool, and let me tell you the pool was beautiful! It was warm enough to swim in even when it was cold outside. The hot tub attached to the pool never heated up enough to get in, but they have a second free-standing hot tub that was sooooo nice!! They do have some pool noodles and floaties. We absolutely LOVED this house!!!!!!!!!!!!!
