It was a clean hotel and loved that it had thermostat control in the room (not a loud wall unit). We stayed 3 nights and ordered linen service, but did not get it. The people above us loved to walk back and forth in their room and we could hear every footstep, that was annoying.

Staff are so friendly! The rooms are sparkling clean but needs some fixings.You can hear side door of the hotel closing(banging ) if you are just above it on the second floor...Nice location.. restaurants are literally just steps away.. Costco target cvs just 5 minutes walk... Chandler fashion center across the street... Definitely will come back to stay 😊

So so experience

Room was clean, bed was comfortable but the one side of the bed electrical didn’t work, blind fell off window, and remote needed batteries. The staff was very friendly except for the bartender.

Cambria chandler

I've stayed at Cambria Chandler several times and its always been great! This time was the first time i guess I accidentally booked a hearing accessible room (which I did not need). But the room its self was clean, the beds comfortable as always! But the sheets felt a little rougher than usual, and the sink and bathtub was not draining properly. When I showered i had to keep turning on and off the water. We were only there one night but if it were more id probably request a different room. Overall not the worst stay but also not the best.

Modern property, convenient and customer service was good. Only thing we didn’t like was that you can hear people walking around in the hallway or you’re upstairs/next-door neighbors pretty clearly the floors were dirty when we first arrived, but they were quick to clean after we mentioned it. If you’re sensitive to smell, this might be a difficult place to stay, I did notice a strong perfume smell throughout the hotel that could possibly be masking smoke? It was convenient and perfect for what we needed for a quick trip.
