Family spring vacation
We had a great stay at this property. The outdoor patio area was very comfortable and large enough to relax and eat meals outside. The patio furniture was very comfortable. The pool is a nice size and the kids loved playing in it. There were plenty of towels, which was nice. The house is nice and spacious with games to keep the kids busy. The house was stocked with any thing you would need. Mike was very easy to get a hold of and got right back for any questions. The neighborhood was very nice with beautiful homes.

Perfect family retreat
This home was perfect for a multigenerational trip with family. The kitchen was large and well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the laundry was nice a big for a family! The pool and outdoor space was incredibly nice- great set up with an outdoor table and perfectly heated pool. We hated to leave!

Excellent home with excellent host
We spent just over a week in the home with our family of six. First of all, Mike is a tremendously friendly and responsive host. May not be everyone's top consideration, but for me, having the actual owner be so responsive and enjoyable to communicate with is icing on the cake to an already wonderful property. As far as the home, it is well appointed, very relaxed and comfortable, and has plenty of space for a large family to spread out. Tons of shopping, restaurants, and anything else you could need within five minutes of the house. The beds are great, the bedding was what you'd expect in a high end hotel, and they keep ample towels and linens on hand so we never felt like we were having to scratch for essentials even with the kids burning through pool towels on a daily basis. The pool was the cincher for why we chose the property and it did not disappoint. Being former Phoenix residents we are very familiar with backyard pools in the area, and this is one of the best I have seen. It is such a fantastic layout on the pool, the large swim step with lounge chairs is amazing and I have never seen such a cool setup in that regard. Very pleased with the stay given such a nice home and owner.

Little slice of heaven
We had such a peaceful and relaxing time at this beautiful home. The backyard was so fun, we ended up wanting to just stay home and relax and enjoy that pool and bbq. The home was also perfect for our Grand baby! All the amenities were there for her including some fun toys and books. The beds were super comfy!! Absolutely love staying here! Mike (owner) was always very helpful and responsive on any questions we had! He even overnighted a cornhole game for us to enjoy!! The pool is heated perfectly! Outside bbq kitchen and plenty of outdoor seats for large parties! Loved the seats in the pool. Enjoyed waving to all the golfers going by and they enjoyed the waves back! Paradise in Phoenix
We were beyond happy with our rental! The house is beautiful, comfortable, clean, great kitchen, laundry and a beautiful backyard and pool. We bordered the 6th hole of foothills GC. We tried not to bother the golfers but they all would wave, and come talk to us while waiting. We got to know John and Jessica(the owners) through everyone who knows them who would come by golfing. Which we enjoyed. We looked to rent again and it is already booked heavily and we understand why. If you get a chance to rent you will be thrilled with your stay. Also the neighborhood is quiet and within a short distance from anywhere you want to go.

This place, nicely located on the Foothills golf course has all the upgrades and amenities that make you feel like you are staying in a 5 Star resort. Only thing that outdid the amazing accommodations was a hospitality of the hosts. They handled everything with courtesy and class. It’s a quiet neighborhood yet close to retail trails and highways. We loved our stay!
We had such an amazing stay at Mike & Jessica's place! The house was absolutely amazing! More than enough room for our family of 6. Our kids 2-10 did not want to leave! So many things were provided for them. Pack n' play with a very thick and soft mattress for it, white noise machine, toys, games, pool gear, cups, bowls, plates and more! Very kid friendly. There was even a stroller and chair that we didn't need. Even though we didn't have to worry about keeping rooms dark, since the sun goes down early in January, we appreciated that 3 of the 4 bedrooms had blackout curtains and the 4th had wooden shutters that did a good job. Us Chicagoens didn't hesitate to use the pool, even though outside temp was only in 60s. The pool was heated, free of charge, which was great! Our kids had so much fun- such a perfect pool for kids! I was worried about there not being a fence around the pool but both patio doors had child proof locks on them! I could go on and on, but we truly loved this home! Such a great location. A very safe area and quiet neighborhood. Mike was always quick to answer any questions and he was so understanding when one of our kids caused a small amount of damage to one of their blinds. We don't know if our travels will bring us back to Arizona, but if they do- we won't hesitate to stay here again! Highly recommend!!
