Awesome property !
This property had everything needed for four fellas in our late 60’s visiting for a week of golf. Pool and outdoor area were perfect . Very comfortable beds and living room furniture. Host was kind enough to allow one of our party to get in a few hours earlier as he had arrived separately from the rest of us. The house location was not only super close to old town but also hwy 101 , minutes away. Also , the way it sits with the sun you get lots of time after golf to enjoy the pool in sunshine if you like or sit under the covered area adjacent to the pool.

This house is great for a good sized family with lots of entertainment. The pool is nice and big, patio seating is well enough for 8-10 people or more. Location was nice with easy access to the freeway.

Great location, plenty of room - casita is a bonus. So impressed with drawers being labeled and utensils were a decent quality. Places I’ve been before were pretty much Dollar Store items. No indication of pets being there, very clean. Thank you for adding to our family gathering.

Family Getaway
Overall, this house was good. The house is nicely stocked, and all of the cupboards are labeled. This was a nice feature we had not seen before, and it was super helpful not to have to look through every single cabinet/drawer to find something. The beds are pretty comfortable, but the bed frames in the guest rooms are very cheap and squeak every time you roll over. It could be a problem if you are a light sleeper. In the middle of summer in Phoenix, it is HOT! We were instructed that we could not turn the A/C below 72 or the unit would freeze up. They told us we could go to 70 at night, we all sleep hot, I like it at 67. The A/C unit is seriously outdated, so I would suggest replacing it so this is not an issue. IT WAS HOT in the afternoon. There are no curtains in the kitchen windows, so the kitchen heats up, and the A/C does not help at all. A note about the curtains: None of the curtains in the house actually fit the windows. They are ALL too small and let light in. The kitchen is large and great for big families, but aside from the outdoor table, the only seating for eating is at the counter, which we were fine with. We had plenty of towels and toiletries for the stay, and the cleaning supplies were well stocked. The pool was great, and we had so much fun hanging out at it every day. It was a good temperature, clean, and deep! We loved every second of it! The location is perfect, and you have multiple options for stores within 5 minutes in any direction.

It was the cleanest, best stocked place we ever stayed in. It had everything we needed.
A group of college friends decided to get together in Scottsdale and selected this place because of the size. It was spacious and we all had a bed to sleep in. The cosita with charming, the kitchen was fully stocked. We went out for most of the day but spent evenings at the house. We would definitely go back.

Everything went awesome. Met up with friend from Minnesota to California to check out the Barrett-Jackson classic car auction. This was so much better than a hotel! The mother in-law apartment was a neat twist if you are traveling with another couple.

Great Location and Stay!
I am pretty picky about cleanliness and this felt extremely clean to me, so that was the first positive! The location was also super great to hop on the freeway and get to anywhere in Scottsdale. We really enjoyed Popstroke which was less than 5 minutes away. Walmart was super close and we had a grocery order ready to pick up there on our way to the VRBO. Unfortunately the hot tub wasn't working the first night. The Managers we texted were great to work with and had someone out the next day (New Years Day) to fix it. It wasn't always as hot as we wanted it, but for most of the nights it was. Overall a great stay - and the Casita was perfect for our recently married daughter and her husband to have a little privacy. We would totally stay here again!

Overall the property was fantastic. It accommodated the 6 of us and the casita was a nice bonus. Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels for pool time. The location was good with easy access to Scottsdale and freeways. The neighborhood was quiet. The only negative was the pool didn’t feel as clean as could have been. There were small sticks and a bit of stagnate water. The manager sent the pool company out to check and we were able to enjoy some good pool and sunshine. I liked all the seating options. I would recommend the property.

Great vacation spot
We really enjoyed this property. It’s conveniently located to many local attractions (Old Town, Mesa, Tonto National Forest, etc) and was perfect for our family of 4. The home is clean and comfortable, communication with the management was easy and the heated pool is a great feature that our kids used almost daily while we were in town. We highly recommend this property if you’re visiting the Scottsdale area.

Family reunion
We stayed at this wonderful home over the Thanksgiving weekend. We had four generations over for the holiday and everyone was quite comfortable. While there is no dining room, there is a huge table outside. Ten of us fit comfortably around it. The casita was lovely and private for the great grandparents. The remaining three bedrooms slept two each comfortably. Two of our family members live in Phoenix, so it was a nice reunion. The kitchen was large enough and had plenty of utensils to cook the meals for all of us. The pool was much larger than expected and was heated. So some of our group enjoyed swimming. Upon arrival we did have a couple of questions, mainly about the television, and we were immediately called by the management who walked us through the operation. The location is quite convenient as it is right near a freeway and main road. It didn’t take any longer than 15-20 minutes to get anywhere in Scottsdale, Tempe or the airport. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay. The home was exactly as pictured with no surprises. It is not super luxurious but has a lovely homey feel to it. We would stay there again.

Outstanding property with all the amenities!
Outdoor area was clean, well appointed and really fun for our family. House layout allowed for privacy for our adult children and their baby. Great roomy kitchen and living room. TV's in every room. Well stocked with games, extras and sporting equipment for fun! Easy access to highway and close to grocery and shopping.
