Gut: Sauberkeit und Zustand der Unterkunft
We arrived during the night and no parking. Had to call the support line and was told to park in an area where we might get towed but they would take care of it the next day if we did. Dealing with a towed car is not in the plans while out of town but we went ahead a parked in the lot. Ended up getting up in the middle of the night and moved the car. Could not get into the unit and had to call support again. After several tries, support said she needed to assign us a new unit. We entered the new unit and it was a one bedroom and we paid for a 2 bedroom. The support agent said she would comp our room that night and would move us to a 2 bedroom the next day. Since I was traveling with a coworker, I did not feel comfortable sharing a bed. I had to sleep on a tiny sofa. We did get a 2 bedroom the next day but the company went back on their word and would just credit the room difference. Not the entire night. They claim they provided a unit for us and we would need to pay for the 1 bedroom. I’m opening a claim with my credit card because I did not rent a 1 bedroom unit. This is an error on their end and they would not take responsibility.
