We provide essential kitchenware, including utensils, glass plates, bowls,
cookware, and pots & pans. However, **we do NOT provide** paper plates,
napkins, aluminum foil, etc.. If these items are important to you, please
bring them along.
Please also review the listing photos carefully— **the bunk bed is a twin over
a full, and there are no additional beds in the room.** We want to ensure your
expectations align with what’s provided so there are no surprises.

to provide a welcoming space for families and friends to create lasting

### **General Courtesy & Noise Levels**
* Enjoy the space, but please be **mindful of noise** , especially after **10 PM** to respect our neighbors.
### **Smoking Policy**
* **No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes** inside the home, including cigarettes and cannabis (marijuana).
* A **$500 cleaning fee** may apply if odors or stains are detected.
* If smoking outside, please **dispose of all waste properly**.
### **Makeup & Skincare Products**
* Please use the provided **makeup towels** for makeup, foundation, creams, or tanning products.
* **Unsalvageable linens and towels will be charged to the guest.**
### **Pool Information**
* **The pool is NOT heated.**
### **Check-in & Check-out**
* **Late checkouts beyond 1 hour** will incur a **$10 per hour** fee.
* If another guest is arriving the same day, **late checkouts may not be available.**
* **Early check-in or late checkout requests** will be charged at **half of the nightly rate.**
### **Guest Responsibility & Occupancy Limits**
* **Max occupancy: 8 guests.** No additional guests beyond this limit.
* **Only registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the premises.** No unregistered visitors.
* The **primary guest is responsible** for all actions of their group, including non-registered guests.
* **Child Supervision:** This is a **family-friendly** home, but all children and infants **must be actively supervised** at all times. Parents/guardians are responsible for their safety and needs.
### **Before You Leave**
* **Load the dishwasher** before checking out.
* **Gather all towels and leave them on the laundry room floor.**
* **Leave beds unmade—we’ll take care of the rest.**

* **No pets allowed.**
### **Parking**
* Parking is available in the **driveway for up to 3 sedans or small SUVs** (side by side).
* **No street parking (HOA enforced).**
### **BBQ & Amenities**
* The **BBQ is for your enjoyment** , but please **clean it after use.**
* Occasionally, **previous guests may leave condiments/snacks.** We try to ensure they are fresh, but **consumption is at your discretion**. The host is **not responsible** for these items.
### **Furniture & Property Access**
* **Do not rearrange furniture.**
* The **garage and four locked closets (two upstairs, two downstairs) are not included** in the rental.
* **For security purposes, the garage is actively monitored by cameras.**
### **Parties, Events & Noise Policy**
* **No parties, events, or large gatherings.**
* **No excessive noise, illegal activity, or disruptive behavior.** Violations will result in **immediate eviction without a refund.**
### **Mail & Deliveries**
* **Mail cannot be received at this property.** Any mail delivered will be destroyed.
### **Respect for Neighbors**
* Please **respect the privacy and peace of our neighbors.** Any **loud noise, music, or disturbances will not be tolerated.**

* **For safety, security cameras are installed in the backyard** , monitoring the **gate entry and pool area.** These cameras are used during vacancies and **do not record** , but they allow live streaming.
* There is also a **Ring doorbell that records motion activity.**
