Great Choice
Nice little neighborhood. Great communication from property manager. Everything was as expected. Two families stayed for Thanksgiving. The mop and bucket on the outdoor furniture was not especially welcoming. Also broken glass on the pool deck was a concern. On a side note, this was the loudest property i have ever stayed. We were glad to be family, while listening to the primary shower during tv watching. Please bring people who aren’t expecting a quiet stay. Tile floors are loud.

Fun pool
The property worked well as a home base. We did not spend much time at it. The Pool was fun and nice the two times the children used it. Overall the property was just okay. It could use some updates and maintenance.

Fantastic property!
This house is perfect! Pool was great, it’s just the right size for 4 friend (2 couples) and the property manager was fantastic to deal with … a 10 out of 10! Shelves were stocked with basics (salt, pepper, coffee, filters, garbage bags, TP, paper towels, shampoo, body wash, blow dryer) which is fantastic for the guests! If there was one thing that could be improved on is the sleeping setup - only 1 king bed is tough for 2 couples - it would be great if there were 2 kings rooms instead of 2 single rooms - but we made due, no issues.

overall we had a great stay. When we checked in it was very late and we had no issues. As another review had mentioned the house could use some updating but everything was functional. We didn't get to use the pool as much as we hoped due to it not being heated, which we knew before booking. Just want other guests to know that in Fed even if the temps are hot the pool is still chilly. Dave was very kind and responsive with the couple of minor issues we had. As far as cleanliness there were a few small issues, but overall we had a great time and would stay again.

Spacious and fun
This house had plenty of room for our family of 4 to spread out. We enjoyed having multiple rooms with TVs as well as the foosball table! The pool was sparkling and extra fun with the water slide and waterfall. My kids were swimming multiple times a day. The neighborhood is quiet and located close to amenities (grocery, gas, etc.), as well as convenient to both US 60 and 202. Our host was very responsive, and even came over on Father's Day to make a minor quick fix to the pool. My only critique is that the kitchen / cooking items could use a refresh, and we could have really used some curtains to block the early sunlight (especially when traveling from the east coast). We would definitely stay again!

Amazing Pool! Perfect House!
We came with our kids to visit family in the area and we had the best time here! The Pool is PERFECTION and exactly what our kids needed! Dave (the host) was super responsive and nice! Everything was great and we loved having the high chair and pack ‘n’ play too - plus the extra comfy blankets in each room were a nice touch! We’ll definitely be back and we’re telling the rest of our extended family about this place too so when they come visit they can experience this amazing rental too! Note to renters: One of the bedroom has a trundle bed (we weren’t clear on this from the listing so I thought it might be helpful to mention) and the front living room can easily be a kids TV room or an extra sleeping room (as there is a pullout sofa there). Plus the foosball table can turn into a pool table or ping pong table! The backyard is heaven!!!! It’s truly a great place! Thanks, Dave!
