Family Holiday
We loved this large house! It was perfect for our group of 12. The grandkids played in the game room lots, played in the park, fished in the little lake, and spent hours in the pool. We would definitely come back!

We were in town for a wedding, this was a great family gathering space. We enjoed the pool every day, the multiple gathering spaces, fans, and large kitchen for food prep!

Overall a good experience. The pros: Megan was very prompt and helpful with all questions I had during our stay. There was plenty of room for the 12 of us, A/C worked great and the kichen had plenty of counter space for cooking. The neighborhood was very nice and felt safe...Cons: The pool and outdoor area wasn't as clean as I would have expected and the air hockey table did not work. But overall I would give this property a solid 4 stars. It allowed ou family to enjoy the weekend and celebrate my daughters graduation. Would absolutely recommend this property

Met Expectations
Very clean and beautifully decorated. Due to rental experiences in the past I was concerned the furniture would be a bit old or uncomfortable. Furniture was in good condition and comfortable. Plenty of space for the many extended family members staying at the house. The house has spacious gathering areas and did not feel crowded when other friend and family popped in to visit and play games. Pool area was well kept and umbrella made for some shade in the heat of the day. Lounging pool chairs and tables made for additional comfortable space to gather in the evenings. Lots of pantry space to put snacks and groceries aloud us to keep counters clear. The foosball and air hockey were an appreciated addition to activities. Basket ball hoops could not be used as balls were to flat to throw. Washer and dryer were large and easy to use, we also took advantage of iron and ironing board. Check out was very simple. No washing of bedding or towels required. Tidying required, but no toilet cleaning or floor mopping. This was very appreciated as other rentals experiences required much house cleaning before checking out. My only negative feedback is it would have been nice to have more towels. Between showers and pool use we ran out of clean towels quite quickly and ran through many loads of laundry to keep up. Insufficient amount of towels and the basket balls being flat is the reason why I gave cleanliness a four star rating. I would recommend this rental.

Great Guys Trip
We stayed as a group of five grown men, and the house was perfect size for us all. We greatly enjoyed the pool, and the home was short driving distance to many attractions in Gilbert. Overall, we had a fantastic trip, and the rental was exactly what we needed.

Great house for our group!
Our family had a great time staying for the weekend in the home. The game room upstairs was perfect for the kids. Pool was nice, although not heated so could only use sparingly. Home had a great layout for everyone to sleep, lounge, etc. only drawback for us was the showers upstairs didn’t work. We just used the master, and I’m sure the property manager would have sent someone out had we asked. Will definitely book again.

Enjoyable stay
Spent five days at this property to relax with the fam during spring break. We were very happy with the property! Kids enjoyed swimming and the games in the loft. Not far from hiking trails, restaurants and airport. Solid choice in a nice area of Gilbert.
