The Saturday’s property is great, but DONT BE FOOLED BY THE FAVSTAY OPTION. DONT DO IT!!! We extended our stay at the residence for one night and assumed going with the Favestay property (this company rents rooms out from Sterling Brown, who owns the entire property) would give us the same experience. The Sterling Brown rooms were sold out. NOPE! The check in process is absolute crap. A person contacted me via WeChat (I never gave this information) and told me to pick up the keys from a random leasing office upstairs. The property only contacted me via this random person and Expedia messaging. We thought that was fine until we actually checked into the room. The room we were given was not the room we reserved, it was dirty, and smelled strongly of paint. While I appreciate a fresh paint job, I don’t want to die from inhaling paint fumes. When we asked to change rooms because of our concerns, we were told that no more rooms were available and we had to stay with what we had. So then I asked for a refund through Expedia. At that point, the person on WeChat and the person communicating via Expedia messenger completely ghosted us. And the number they provided with Expedia did not work. We were told by the person at the random leasing office that they would not refund us for the room because they wouldn’t have time to rent it back out. We ended up leaving anyway and lost our money. It was an absolutely horrendous experience. DONT DO IT! Stay on the Sterling Brown side.
