The villa is amazing and we had an overall good experience.The spa bath is still not in a working condition and was never communicated to us.The property is beautiful but not well kept,with dodgy electricity cables in the wardrobes,no usable outside barbeque.Poor communication from the property manager,did not reply to our emails apart from check out details.No clear instructions re garbage etc.If you do not plan to rent a car this property might not be the right choice.We did enjoy our stay and the privacy.

الفيلا كانت جميلة ونظيفة توفر دورة مياه رابعة كان شي مريح بما انه عددنا كان ٦. الفيلا تقع بعد لفة قوية وعلى منطقة مرتفعة (مسافة مشي ٢٠٠ متر بالكثير ) التواصل كان جيد. الكساندر كان متجاوب بعد الإتصال به وجود دكان صغير بعد ٢٠٠ متر من الفيلا و٧/١١ وصيدلية بعد مشي ١٥ دقيقة تقريبا

Overall Property excellent size and very impressive condition with loads of space. Only a few minor comments we found out on day of arrival jacuzzi bath not working as cracked , outside furniture cushions not looked after and no sun beds. Inside property needs a little care and attention eg A couple of broken blinds and strip lighting in master bedroom hanging off. It’s about 25 minute walk to Kamala Beach so for us was no problem but would recommend transport for anybody not able to walk that far.
