The newly renovated flat "wohnung-nummer-4" is located in Pielenhofen, a village near Regensburg, and is an excellent starting point for hiking or cycling holidays in the scenic Naab Valley. It consists of a living room, dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms each with 2 single beds or 1 double bed, as well as a bathroom with shower and 2 separate WCs. Naturally, fast WLAN and Internet TV are included free of charge. In addition, the outdoor area includes a large and a small terrace with seating and a barbecue on request, a grocery shop with café and a restaurant can be found 200 metres or a 3-minute walk away, and a bakery and butcher's shop can also be reached on foot in a few minutes. The beautiful old town of Regensburg, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, can be visited in 20 minutes by car (17 km).
