Rustic furnishings, large kitchen-living room with comfortable gallery, external staircase to the lower living area. A covered terrace and various garden seating areas in the shade of old chestnut trees promise many pleasant hours outdoors. Exclusive, fenced pool with wide lawn and small playground. An ideal terrain for children! The owner lives in the house next door.
