Really enjoyed our stay. The pool and hot tub were great (although hot tub could have used more water). Breakfast was good with a different meat each morning --ham, sausage,bacon. Everyone was super nice.

This hotel was phenominal. They went so out of thier way to help Celebrate my sons birthday. We talked with Vincent who is phenominal. We come to pigeon forge 2-3 times a year and never stay in the same place. Well thats about to change and The Walden will be out goto place. Thank you so much.

Very simple, easy, and seamless stay. I booked online about a month out due to the Christmas holiday. The front desk staff and the facility itself couldn’t have been better. It was in walking distance to numerous activities, and the indoor heated pool was another plus. We will definitely be back!

Very Impressed!
Excellent hotel and staff for the money. Breakfast was great, room was spacious and clean. Door lock facing was broken, but owner sent someone to repair it as soon as I made him aware of the situation. Unless I'm in a cabin for a big family trip, The Walden will definitely be my hotel of choice otherwise.

Nice place, but very cheaply renovated. First off, my biggest complaint, the door to the patio isn’t weather sealed, and the heat vents are up on the side of the wall near the ceiling, so all the heat goes up, there’s no way to vent them down. So even with the heat on 90 for 3 days it was still so cold I froze all night long for 3 nights. You can’t get a comfortable temperature. The walls are very very thin, the shower head is so high on the ceiling it takes forever to shower bc by time it gets to you it’s a trickle. Extremely small tub/shower but bathroom area was decent. The sliding barn door to the bathroom was very cheesy. No smooth glide. Very wonky didn’t stay in place. Very poor lighting in the room overall. Tv channels were disappointing there were like 8-10 channels. For a revamped hotel, they really put a bandaid on it.
