I was most impressed with the entire staff. Roberto at the front desk was great. The ladies in the dining room were super as well. Even one of the cleaning ladies helped me carry our cooler down the steps because the elevator was not working.

Breakfast was terrible. Eggs were not edible, biscuits were hard, yogurt was previously frozen so the texture was awlful. The waffle maker worked well and that turned out to be the only thing that was tasty. We were placed in a dog friendly room at first but we dont have a dog and the smell was so strong we had to be moved. The lady switched us to a much nicer room on second floor and was very nice about it. She was the best thing about our stay. Very nice and friendly. They do have coffee 24/7 in the lobby which was awesome!

I was given an ordeal about I haven’t paid them after I paid over $200. I had to give them my credit card and my ID. All I have to say is there had better NOT be another charge on my checking account or I will let my lawyer handle it! I'm getting tired of getting scammed!!! I am going to sue the hell out of somebody.

Our stay was average. The beds were clean and comfortable, however, our room needed some repairs. The back of the toilet had been broken at one time and glued back together, the acrylic bar was completely missing in the tub, the granite vanity was coming apart, and the bottom of the in room sink was coming apart. Aside from that, the walls are thin, so if you’re light sleeper, this place may not work. The breakfast was okay. It always consists of eggs, sausage links, hard biscuits, gravy, cereal, and waffles. Staff were nice. Location is in a busy area, so it’s convenient to local attractions.
