This was our second time staying here and both times was excellent. Front desk staff was phenomenal and very friendly. Rooms and entire hotel is always clean and well kept, inside and out. Pool was perfect even while it was snowing outside. Coffee and breakfast was top notch.

We stayed here for our Christmas trip. They were very accommodating to our needs and requests. Hotel is on the parkway so can be noisy but we took white noise machine and used fans for noise control. The hotel is only three floors. Breakfast area is nice and very accommodating. Staff was excellent in everyone we spoke with and met. Definitely a nice clean hotel.

My only 2 complaints is none of the outlets wanted to work. My chargers and plugs would just fall back out. Other then that location is great, breakfast is good, rooms are clean. The gym/fitness facility is definitely lacking. A few light dumbbells and some bikes, a treadmill, and an elliptical. A bad gym with Dunkin’ across the street and yummy donuts isn’t a good mix. lol. I’ve already rebooked for a trip in March.

We had a great stay. One morning we did not have hot water, but it was fixed promptly. Heat worked, room was clean, there was no issues getting fresh clean towels, convenient location, staff courteous, good breakfast options.

Perfect getaway
We had a king jaccuzi room with a fireplace. It was spotless and very comfortable and cozy. The hotel has in indoor pool and offered hot breakfast each morning. It was very convenient to the parkway and shopping and attractions. Housekeeping did an excellent job, as did the front desk staff. Would 100% recommend this hotel.
