Weekend trip for 5 adults

Very clean, comfy beds, great location to downtown, nice hot tub. Overall we had a great weekend, we were 3 mins from the grocery store, and 5 mins from most restaurants in the area. Only 20 mins from Gatlinburg which was nice.The host was super responsive to all of my messages and questions the whole time! Very nice! I would stay here again!Very loud in the backyard/porch but that’s only bc the river is right there and then the main attraction street is on the other side of the river over there. I wish there was more seating, we had 5 people stay in the cabin and the couch and the recliner chair weren’t enough for all 5 of us to be comfy watching a movie without someone sitting at the table. I also wish you could pick check-in/check-out time or that it was more lenient because the hard check-in and the 10 am check-out time was kinda rough for us.Overall probably an 8.5/10

Better than expected!

The cottage was adorable and looks basically new. Hot tub was great over looking the river. We were in walking distance of little shops near the Old Mill. The coffee shop was right across the road and it was amazing. It was perfect for our family. Host was great, communication was great! We will stay here again. Thanks to Chris for having us!

Excellent location. Lovely, cozy cabin and so comfy with good amenities. So close to Old Mill Square. Covenient parking next to and in front of cabin on cabin’s driveway. Love the creek behind the cabin and look forward to returning to enjoy the whole package.

Great place to stay and I was able to work remotely also

We came for the Jeep invasion and I had to work sporatically throughout our trip. The wifi worked great for me. I was able to set up my equipment on the kitchen table and enjoyed looking out at the river while I worked. The rooms were spacious. We enjoyed the location as it was very close to places to eat and things to do. You can reach this cabin from the back road and not have to fight traffic on the strip. Would stay again!

Great location. An easy walk to shopping and eating at the Old Mill area. Short 5 minute ride and you can be in Dollywood. Would highly recommended this cottage!

Great place!

Beautiful, clean place that's very close to the trolly system, the Old Mill area shops and restaurant. Being able to see the Dollywood fireworks from the front porch every evening was a great surprise that we thoroughly enjoyed. Had a wonderful stay!

3318 Old Mill Street

This cabin was very beautiful! We loved how we were close enough to the parkway that we could walk, but it's a street over from the parkway which made you feelore secluded so you don't have al the traffic noise. The host was very nice and responded quickly to our messages! Overall it was wonderful and a great way to celebrate my daughter's birthday!

Cabin is perfect! Location is amazing!

This is our second time staying in one of these cabins (we stayed at their other one 2 doors down, 2 years ago) and once again everything was perfect! This is the perfect location for us, right next to the Old Mill district. It’s nice to walk out your front door and just walk around. Super nice area, very safe and lots of things to do. This cabin was extremely clean (and I’m a neat freak), from the floors to the linen. Brand new cabin, very soft and comfortable beds and bed linen, smart TVs in every room with cable, and a very spacious house. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Chris was very helpful and fast to respond. I’m not the most tech savvy person and couldn’t figure the cable out (it was an app on the smart TV) and I got an immediate response that solved my issue. Also text me the morning after our first night at the house to make sure everything was good, that was awesome, I stay a lot of places and no one does that. What a nice personal touch! We will definitely be back next year!

Our Best Stay Ever

The house is great for small groups. Beautiful! Clean and neat. It is in the perfect location to everywhere. We love to walk and ride bikes and this was the perfect place to do both. Great back yard and creek side view. Nice front porch for morning coffee. Great back deck for evening relaxing in the hot tube. This was our best stay in pigeon forge and we have been coming for years. We plan to book this again soon.

Great location & perfect cottage!!

The home is even better in person. Very clean & the location was perfect. If you’re wanting a mountain getaway home, this is not it. If you’re wanting a convenient home within walking distance of shopping/restaurants/go carts, this is it! We enjoyed the very clean hot tub, river view, and accessibility. Can be loud from the action around, but late in the evening you can hear the river flow & the back deck makes you feel secluded. Great for two couples or a small family. Would definitely stay here again!

Birthday get away!

We loved our stay here. Convenient to shops and restaurants around the Old Mill. Very nice and clean! We relaxed in the hot tub as well as the backyard listening to the creek. The only thing we didn’t like was hearing the go carts However we would stay here again for sure!
