Karen and Gerry were very welcoming and the place was spotless. Very comfortable bed in a good location a short walk to the centre of Pitlochry. Breakfast was lovely and catered well for gluten free.

We stayed in their cottage. Very comfortable and relaxing stay except for a slight humbling from the central heating. Saying that we slept very well.

Well appointed guest house
Pros:Quiet but near all the shops and eateries. Warm hospitality from the owners and felt very comfortable staying there.
Location:Good location at one end of the main road into Pitlochry. Near many hotels, restaurants and pubs as well as the towns shops - many within 2-3 minutes.
Guest house was on the main road but well set back with a good sized front garden area so traffic (and train) noise was minimal.
We had a lovely double en suite room at the front of the building with views towards the forested hills on the far side of the valley. The room was very comfortable, the en suite big enough and the tea/coffee making facilities replenished each day.
Breakfast was first class and there was a good choice of cereals, juices, yogurt etc. The cooked Scottish breakfast was very tasty and could be varied daily if needed (we were there for 3 nights).
Shame about the miserable dull weather throughout our visit but the Annslea was always a welcome and warm and dry place to return to.
