Great room in a lovely Inn
Pros:Location, view, size of rooms, decor all excellent
Cons:Heating in the bathroom
Buffet style cold elements to breakfast
Location:View from the Inn is outstanding.
We had room 1 which is an enormous room with a huge kingsized bed and a single bed. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The view is fantastic of the Tay -there were some people in kayaks on the river just outside our window which entertained us. Breakfast was really good quality -We would prefer the cold elements to have been buffet but that is just us. We also had to ask for juice and coffee on the first morning. The bacon was the nicest we have eaten anywhere. Good range of magazines in the bedroom which was a nice touch.
Tea and coffee tray provided in the room.
The bathroom is heated with a heated towel rail which took some time to warm up. Mind you it was very cold outside during our stay.
We ate in the dining room on the first night. Service and food excellent.
