The staff are super friendly and helpful 😊 This is easy top 10 stays for me in the last decade. Well kept nothing super fancy however completely up to date clean and well presented. Fitness center is maintained excellently and laundry services avaliable. The energy of the building tells a story. 10/10 Will recommend 👌

Heat didn't work in the room and on nights when it was in single digits - this was rough! They offered us a tiny space heater instead of a new room. Overall room was okay but could definitely use a deep clean and some maintenance .

Not the same

Been awhile since staying there. More run down than ever. Didn't clean room between days, had to ask for towels and a working hair dryer, 2 in room not working. Not clean and think I have a couple bed bug bites. Liked staying there because I could wash my clothes for free before leaving, changed to a pay washer and dryer and no change machine. Breakfast did move back to the dining area, but limited food choices and no oj. Was there on Friday and Saturday and the bar was not open anymore. Never going back!

Cheap but not very cheerful

Very dingy hotel in pretty poor repair. We also found used press on nails on the chair and the toiletries were half used. Bed was a good size but not that comfortable with very small pillows. There were random hooks and bits of tape around the room and the paint was badly peeling in the bathroom on the ceiling. Check in at desk was fine and room was cheap.

Don't bother.

Now branded Days Inn by Wyndham I'd have expected much better. They still had Lamplighter Hotel on the phones and key cards etc. Pictures of my room are attached. 1 of 3 ice machines on the property were working. I entered my room to the HVAC off. It was 28* outside and not much warmer in the room. Breakfast was all cold stuff including the eggs and sausage, some of which appeared to be recycled from days past. The only hot thing would have been a make it yourself waffle but I didn't want to chance it.
Missing TP holder and no extra rolls.

Some nastiness on the wall.

We'll stay somewhere else next time.

The person at the front desk was friendly and willing to help. We couldn't get our key to work and he had to help us. We had trouble with the key multiple times. I felt like it was difficult to adjust the room temperature--both in our room and in the fitness room. The temp in the fitness room was 80º but I was able to adjust the thermostat in there. I questioned the cleanliness of our room. The bathroom didn't look very clean. There were no wipes in the fitness room. We had a coffee pot in the room but there was no coffee. It kind of defeats the purpose if you have to go ask for the coffee. Overall, less than we expected.

Front desk Staff was very kind and helpful with our request for early check-in. Breakfast options were good. For the pricing they provide, it is good place to stay. There may be better hotels near by but they charge is way high. I stayed in an outside (hotel perimeter) facing room with family, didn't had any issues. Many options within a mile for dining and general shopping.

The breakfast was a 0 rating. Poor as hell. First morning after checking in the breakfast was untill 9:30. I was thete at 8:30. NO COFFEE LEFT. THE GRAVY LEFT WAS BOTTOM OF THE BARRELL BURNT.. Next morning ibwas there at 8:00. Coffee was ice cold and the gravy you might as well got a soup bowl out to eat with a soup spoon. VERY LOUSY and UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!
