It's a low budget motel. Elevator didn't work very well. Bathroom shower is iffy for cleanliness, bit it did have hot water. The sink however did not. PRO: Beds were clean.shuttle must be pre-booked.

It was okay the snow was loud kept me awoke from 2 am tell 3 pm the elevator needs work being out in the cold it was slow and would not open and close property

I like staying at this location, and this was my second stay. One suggestion I have is to ensure that cleaning personnel check the microwaves to ensure they are cleaned and disinfected/deodorized. Also please make sure that people working at your front desk have culturally appropriate and customer-friendly people skills. At check-out time, an older gentleman was working who did not display these skills.

Perfect to be close to the airport

At first I had trouble with my door key, and when I called down to the front desk, the gentleman RUSHED right up. Stupid me…I had the wrong room. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I used the shuttle to the airport. The gentleman told me what time it would arrive, and sure enough, it was right on time. The lobby wasn’t open at the time I got up to get the shuttle, and I had to stand out in the cold. That was the only negative thing.

Over all the stay was good. There was snow durring our stay and nobody cleared the second floor walk way but it was ok. The elevator seemed a little sketchy. The door was slow to close in the cold and it would take a few moments to start moving but always managed to get us to the second floor.

Entire facility just felt dirty. Thought they had 24 hour Front desk. We had arranged a shuttle for 6am. Went to the front desk at 6am and no one was there so we weren't sure if the shuttle was coming. So we got a ride from a guest headed to the airport.

Check-in was amazing - very friendly and offered me the airport shuttle at no cost. the room was ok, not great, but served my needs. It seemed a liitle dark and the heat took a while to work. Very slow in heating up the room

Okay but that’s it for the $

TV was awful. Kept getting static lines and waves on it while watching. Pillows way too soft. I booked smoking room but no ashtrays in room so had to use styrofoam cup of my own. I did contact desk about TV and the clerk said he’d look into it.

Enjoyed our quiet and peaceful stay. Clean cozy, room, with comfortable bed, enough pillows, strong water pressure on the third floor room with Airport view. Easy access. Decent continental Breakfast. Many choices of Restaurants and Bars in walking distance. Staff provided water bottles at checkin, Helpful people. No complaints, will recommend and come back.

This place is a great value but not fancy. The continental breakfast had several good choices and met my needs well. The dining area was very clean and well organized. The king bed with ample pillows and enough blankets was very comfortable. Nice walk-in shower. Granite counter tops, carpeting, and bathroom floor tiles all clean and in good condition. I will definitely stay here again as the need arises.
