Highway noise
The pillows were lumpy. Actual lumps. It advertised choc chip cookies - there were none. But there was free cofee always available. Also of the website amenities & room looked better. BUT THE WORSE PART was the noise of the traffic outside the window all hours, all hours! I got little sleep for 2 nights. The highway noise was awful.

Not worth the money
The room was very basic. Cabinet door to fridge almost falling off. Possibly discoloration or mold on ceiling in shower due to no exhaust. The picture showed a hot tub by the pool that was covered over. The pool said heated. Was looking forward to swimming and didn’t even make it to my knees because it was cold. Asked the desk about it being a heated pool, response was it’s as high as it goes. The water was maybe 70s. Overall it was a place to sleep but nothing really nice not would we stay again.

Was told at check in there would be no house keeping during our stay. The drawers in the room would not stay closed. The plugs and base boards were covered in dust. There was a tile right outside our room stained black from water damage.

The initial room had mold on the curtains, then was moved to the room next to it where the ax unit was all jacked up, the alarm clock tore up and holes in the dresser. The entire 4th floor where I was located reeked of pot and when asked if I could be moved to another floor I received no response and said “ someone must be smoking in their room “. I was not a priority or my company is how they made me feel. The chlorine in the pool was so high that my eyes burned for more than 12 hours. I do not recommend this hotel. It’s not very clean and the service is horrible. And I’m still waiting on my deposit to be refunded

The front desk person was not inviting at all. She greeted me as if she was mad at the world. Breakfast was only 2 hr. My experience with other Country inn breakfast was from 6am-9 or 10am. Not 7am today crazy. I definitely will not be back there.

Stairway in lobby was pretty.
For the price we paid it was not so bad. However lots of repairs are needed. The drawers in dresser would not stay shut, the side panel was really damaged. The furniture in general was not good. Beware of the three leg bench out front, it almost ended my life!

Bathroom had hair on the floor ..people in other rooms were very noisy..of course thats not the hotels fault..would like the breakfast to start earlier..bed was.comfortable..but the comforter was heavy and lumpy..just didnt use it..problem solved
