The staff was fantastic, very welcoming & great sense of humor. The bathroom in my room was dirty. The floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while or it could just be the look of the tile. In addition to the floor tile, there was specs of fuzz etc on the floor, the baseboards were all dusty & hadn’t been wiped down in a while. The hotel parking was not easy to get into. I can’t comment on the food as I do not eat hotel breakfast.

We didn’t need a handicap room. We were placed in a handicap room and the room had damages and a weird odor. We requested shampoo and it never came.

Great Location
The hotel itself, was great. Convenient from the turnpike and only 30 min from Pittsburgh. It was clean, comfortable, staff was great. It's nice to have a restaurant on site.

Property physically good, but
Hotel room, lobby fine. One lampshade ripped. Two things happened during the free breakfast. One a guests dog was running free through the eating area, in sight of the registration desk, And no employee told this person a dog should not be running without a leash around other guests and licking their feet, which is what happened to me. Second, the TV was on some pro right news channel. I found that offensive. If it had been on a far left you just channel I would have said the same. If you can’t find something that is neutral politically put the TV on a music station.
