Great for a trip to the Strip!
Quick overnight stay with my spouse, seeing our favorite musician, morning shopping trip to the Strip District followed by brunch. Hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of everywhere we were going so we did not need our vehicle and we did not need to use Ubers or cabs.

The rooms we booked for our bridal end groomsmen party were clean and spacious. The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel definitely needs more staff, especially overnight.

It was amazing we enjoyed the hotel very much. Only down fall was the hotel parking garage was small and hard to find space. The whole staff was very nice and super helpful in finding places that we would be interested in. We will for sure be coming back for our next couple getaway weekend.

There were a LOT of people checking in on the same day because of a local concert. The front desk personnel were wonderful! They were calm, patient and helpful during the transition between check out and check in. When another gentleman and I had to wait for a bit for our rooms, they offered refreshments from the hotel shop and then gave us complimentary parking for the "inconvenience" (which wasn't really a huge inconvenience-- they were just very kind!). My room was amazing! It was on a corner with floor to ceiling windows and great views. My bed was so comfortable that I slept through breakfast, so I can't give any input on that! The MANY dining options around this hotel are fantastic and there's something for everyone. I definitely recommend exploring the local shops and eateries!

Excellent hotel with great location
Excellent hotel at a convenient location next door to the Heinz Historical Museum. Easy walk to strip district with lots of restaurants and bars. Close enough for a longer walk downtown. A large room with full kitchens, utensils, glassware and plates will partly pay for itself as you occasionally re-heat leftovers instead of going out to another expensive lunch or dinner. Floppy pillows; you may need more. Nice large, comfortable lobby and outdoor deck. A traditional hotel style breakfast. Nice little lobby bar that's open on random weeknights but always on Wednesdays for a social. A bit of a hassle checking in, especially if you're arriving late. I recommend calling ahead for instructions about parking while checking in. Convenient lot next door. Don't bother with the small multilevel garage. Friendly and efficient desk staff. We stayed for seven nights: loved it. Recommended.

I stay here every trip to Pittsburgh. It’s perfect. Breakfast options and staff are great. Rooms are clean. Very spacious. Walkable to the strip district. Safe and locked overnights gym and pool are great.

Claudette what amazing customer service
Claudette one of the workers there was just above and beyond so helpful so sweet so kind. Most of the customer service there was great but Claudette was amazing. That said I had a sink that did not drain I would have to take a hair clip wedge it between the drain to get the water to go down there was also no conditioner in the conditioner bottle and there was no body wash in the shower other than that was pretty good

GAP travel approved
Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. I was a bike traveler up the GAP trail, and they weren't spooked to have me checking in next to a wedding party. Clean, Comfortable , no complaints! About a mile from the GAP terminus.
