Great location and beautiful views of the city skyline. Steps away from Yinz Coffee Shop and many great restaurants including the famed Grand Concourse. Great staff and I felt safe and secure.

Bathroom sink leak
We had a problem with our bathroom faucet leaking and water would run out on half the sink, causing my make up bags to get soaked. I would dry things off and use the hairdryer to blow things dry. The staff were very apologetic and they had sent housekeeping and maintenance up within about 10 minutes. Maintenance fixed the problem, saying the filter in the sink faucet sometimes gets clogged so he put a new filter in and we we fine after that. We had water on the bathroom floor & into the hallway of our room so housekeeping mopped that up. Both the housekeeping mans and the maintenance man were very pleasant. Also The food in the restaurant was always very good. We had 2 breakfasts and one dinner there. Very good!

Hotel was fine for the most part, however the trash hadn’t been emptied and requested cleaning for our second day never happened. The staff was lovely, but the shower was wonky and the carpet was obviously old and looked overly worn.
