Por dónde empezar- Beto, Ram, Luna, Maru- son un equipo increíble!! Definitivamente lo mejor de este hotel es su staff, y más nadie el equipo de animación! Es la quinta vez que vengo al Platinum y se que es lo mejor- desde la comida a las actividades, la atención y amabilidad siempre lo distinguen. Los shows de la noche, un talento increíble! Los bailarines son de primera y a demás de todo se ve que disfrutan del show al 100! Los de seguridad, el bar (Cristian, muchas gracias!) y todo el equipo hacen de tu estadía un encanto- muchas gracias todos, definitivamente se que por algo siempre regreso acá y espero estar de vuelta muy pronto!

It was beautiful, excellent dining options, very friendly staff. First time to stay in an all inclusive and it definitely was worth it. The only thing I did not like is the darkness in the buffet area and restaurants. I know it is romantic but when your old it's hard to read in very dim lights. Overall a wonderful trip.

Staff was excellent, friendly, and helpful. Food was exceptional. NYE celebration was very well-done. We had plenty to do and lots of time for R&R - whatever we wanted. When one stays at an all-inclusive that is not walk friendly to other facilities, it is critical that the resort meet one's expectations and needs. 5 stars for Princess. They did exactly that! Highly recommend.

I really enjoyed staying here, small resort but it's beautiful. Yahir who was a bartender was incredible!! also having access to the other resort Grand Sunset.. GREAT TOUCH!

We stayed here for 6 days between christmas and the new year. Our first adults only resort. The staff were all fantastic. We never had any complaints on food and there were enough options/restaurants we could try something new every night if we wanted. Our favorites were the Italian (aurora) and the tex mex (rodeo). Breakfast at the buffet was excellent we ate there every morning they even had a self serve mimosa bar. Room service menu is available 24hrs. All the staff are consistently cleaning the resort grounds. Our room had fresh sheets/towels and supplied water bottles everyday. There is something for everyone here with quiet areas along with party/activity areas. They have an area near the front to book excursions which makes things much more organized/stress free for day trips. This resort is also very central for most day trips all our drives off the resort were from 30m-1h drives. The beach for this resort was a little rocky but still very clean and swimable a nicer sand beach is just a 2 minute walk down the beach infront of the other princess resort. It will be hard to book another resort for our next visit to Mexico. I would say this resort is as advertised and try not to read too much into negative reviews as we did before arrival. Would reccomend to anyone.

Worst food of any resort we've stayed in . Utterly disgusting and the management just doesn't care and said so. Don't waste your money or your precious vacation on this place.could be very nice with management and restaurant changes. Good bar staff and pool but the indifference of mgmt is appalling

Good food. Loved the animation staff. Beautiful landscaping. Nice to see wild animals. Did not like tractor on the beach churning seaweed. no clean up of floating human garbage. Room not prepared on arrival at almost midnight and we were so tired and had to deal with getting housekeeping staff to make bed followed by shower flooding into room. Room not clean. Twice had to request that animal feces be cleaned in hallway and 1st time cleaned after one day, 2nd time it took 2 days. No management available on site to discuss with and no resolution. They sent advance check in option which was time consuming but staff at check in desk have no access. I gave low rating on their app request after one day but no one contacted me to resolve. Generally a lack of caring if guests are happy. Overall we had an enjoyable week despite the issues.
