We had nothing but a fantastic time here! From Alex at check in to Juan and Hector at the restaurants. Octivas was a fantastic concierge as well. The resort was extremely clean and very family friendly. We came with two little and they enjoyed the amenities of the kids club and the kids pool. We will absolutely be back and let everyone know of this gem of a resort so they can have a wonderful experience as well!

The hotel was nice. I loved the green areas. Very clean, the staff was súper friendly the rest was very quiet. We did have a great time as a family vocation if you are looking for a relaxing place this is your resort if you are looking for fun and some entertainment not here .overall the vacation was good I will have to mentioned 2 things that I was very disappointed. Since you are not a member you have a lot of things that you don’t get and they know because your bracelet has a different color. Like some beers and drinks. Also in the room you are not allowed to get more than 2 basic beers and soda in your fridge. The other thing is I will prefer a little more music and entertainments around the pools all day. The most that they do is morning exercises and volleyball in another pool. I think they should have at least the music on all day. The beach no good at all. Very dirty and poor maintenance.

Overall property and staff are a 5 . Have stayed here many times and is pretty consistent. Only draw back this time around was our personal concierge, once we said No to the timeshare presentation he was literally useless. Will definitely return here in the future ❤️❤️❤️ this resort.

Royal Haciendas is a terrific place to vacation. The people are amazing and the food is top notch. The rooms are clean and well maintained and there is always plenty to do, even if you don’t want to leave the resort.
