When you enter, you will find a fully equipped vintage-style kitchen with a convivial dining table. Nearby, there are separate toilets for more comfort. If you take the staircase to the right of the entrance, you will find a spacious bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and a bathtub.
Back on the ground floor, walking along the corridor, you will discover a large, welcoming living room with a TV, open to the dining room, ideal for sharing moments of conviviality.
Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms, two with double beds (160x200), and one with two single beds (90x190). A bathroom with a shower and toilet is located at the end of the corridor.
Outside, enjoy a large enclosed garden with a table and chairs, perfect for gathering in complete tranquility.

For art lovers: La Passerelle in Brest, La Fondation Leclerc in Landerneau, the Brest Museum of Fine Arts....
For children, you will also find nearby: the récré des 3 curés (amusement park), Océanopolis (one of the largest aquariums in Europe).
