Was great stay, love the apartment, 1st night was a bit noisy as I hadnt realised about the shutters on the windows, maybe add that to the guides as it makes a big difference

Disappointing stay.
Got contacted by pureserviced.com before our stay to say the apartment wasn’t available and transferred our booking to Mayflower apartment. Good location but very badly equipped for our 3 night stay. No microwave dishes, oven tray, 3 tea spoons, hair drier to name a few things. Tumble dryer not working and the washer was very old and rusty. Mould in both showers. Would not stay in the apartment again, it was quite disappointing

This is one of the best rooms I have ever stayed in while traveling. Cleanliness was superb, amenities were hi tech and the layout was great. Family of 4 greatly appreciated it while getting daughter settled at uni!

This apartment was our second choice when our normal hotel was full. A well maintained property, close to the city centre and Barbican which was cheaper than our originally intended destination. Would highly recommend and will be visiting again.

Would of been great if we had the front door code before going, as waited 15mins in the rain for someone to let us in. But the flat itself is amazing!
