The Cottage "Xaramela" for your stay in the heart of the Landes
This renovated cottage (effective 1 June 2015) includes a fitted kitchen with a dining room, a living room, a bedroom with a 140 bed, and another room with 3 beds 90, bathroom, WC independent.
Located on the first floor of a traditional house, it offers an area of 70 sqm with a capacity of up to 5 people. Possibility will be offered to group for large families or holidays with friends, the cottage Gorria Etxea located on the ground floor and benefit of a surface of 160 m² for 13 people.
Secure access to the interior of the property for your vehicle.
We offer a common living area with adjoining cottages, located outside in the form of a covered terrace on one side and a completely open space on the other, ideal for the "lazy" on garden furniture, but also for your barbecue evenings.
Will be available also, a bowling alley and various outdoor games (rackets, swing, trampoline ...)
Located on the outskirts of the village of Pontonx sur l'Adour in the Landes (40), this very quiet house will seduce you to enjoy your stay.
You perform a spa, our cottage is ideally situated near Préchacq les Bains, Saint Paul les Dax and Dax.
You just need for your holidays, we are 30 minutes from the Ocean, Bayonne, Biarritz, the Basque coast and 45 minutes from Spain.
