Enjoy your stay at our charming property offering a perfect getaway in a prime location. With modern amenities and a stylish decor, you'll feel right at home. Relax in the spacious living area, indulge in the fully equipped kitchen, soak up the sun in the garden and unwind in the Lay Z Spa Miami Hot Tub. The master bedroom boasts a super king water bed! Located in the desirable and vibrant neighbourhood of Ashley Cross you can find plenty of restaurants and pubs to enjoy on your doorstep.

The master bedroom boasts a super king water bed with an en suite shower. The other two bedrooms are both spacious with double beds. There are two bathrooms in total with an additional downstairs toilet. The large living room has a built in bar area and a large TV with Virgin Media Tivo with all the major cable channels including Sky Sports. The kitchen / dining room leads into the conservatory area where you can access the garden which has plenty of outdoor furniture to soak up the sun. There is a Lay Z Spa Miami Hot Tub on the decking for you to enjoy! The local beach is only a five minute drive away with Sandbanks only 10 minutes down the road. Parkstone train station is only a short walk away with connections to Weymouth and London Waterloo.

There is free parking available for two vehicles in our car park. If you require additional parking you can use the opposite streets for additional free parking.
