Hotel was fine. In the middle of renovations. Only thing I would recommend would be to have some sort of shelf or insert in shower to put your soap,etc. had to put them on floor in shower. Not the best situation.

The room was brand new, recently remodeled. A beautiful room and bathroom. You can walk to a fast food restaurant and a large drug store. Pool is great. Exercise room super as is Business room with computers. Breakfast super great. Convenient washer and dryer for long stays (which we were). A really nice travel experience. My only suggestion is to post something that says entrance is NOT on Kings Highway and to get a sign to show the entrance and a light! We had a tough time finding the entrance our first night. But really a lovely hotel. And we will stay there again!

I requested a room away from the elevator. Was told it was "two or three rooms down" however it was the FIRST room past the elevator. Noisy! Also bathroom was missing a shelf in the shower (no place to put soap or shampoo) and no TP holder; half roll was sitting on sink counter.

The hotel is undergoing renovations so the elevator and part of the hallway had cardboard protection up. Our room was nice and looked newly renovated. The tv was missing the cable, but the girl at the desk helped us with that. The blind on the window didn’t block out light very well. Breakfast was typical free buffet. The area is busy with restaurants and shopping nearby.

Hotel under construction. However those areas that are complete, the workmanship is terrible, no soap shelf in the shower, the AC unit doesn't dehumidify, the lineolim floors aren't glued to the floor, the closet doors are missing, the main bath ceiling light fixture is abandoned in place.

Overall great value for the price.

The property is under renovation. Lots of signage and the noise and dust were at a minimum. I was in a recently renovated room and it was nice but there were a few notable things missing. A working phone...A door jam, a towel rack, a TP roll holder...all little finishing items. The staff was WONDERFUL. Front desk, cleaning staff and the breakfast room ladies are all kind hard working and friendly folks. The management however are hamstringing their staff. Whenever we needed anything or something was missing, the super helpful staff couldn't help us because they were over-worked, didn't have backup and running on such thin margins they couldn't give us what was missing. ( They ran out of wash cloths on a heavy check out day...really??!?!)

Everything was good except that they didn’t have the concept of 5 people in the room needed towels and washcloths to accommodate 5 people. I had to ask for extras every day. One day they didn’t have enough washcloths.

Never Again

Checked in after midnight. Front desk clerk was also the bartender, so I let her know I needed to check in. She continued to serve new guests rather than helping me until I demanded she check me in. Room had a broken mirror and faulty flush handle. Housekeeping knocked on the door at 8:00 AM even though the “Do Nor Disturb” sign was on the door. Simply a horrible experience.

We booked this stay through a package deal. We were happy with the location as it was close to all the locations we wanted to visit. It was undergoing renevations, but that didn’t affect our sleeping. Clean hotel and ok breakfast. Would stay here again.
