When I arrived, 2 windows were open, the unit was freezing, and it smelled strongly of cleaning agents which remained during my stay. The heat took 2 hours to work but the management responded well about that issue. There were no hand towels and I thought that wasn't provided until I read the guidebook two days into my stay. I called and was brought 2 hand towels, the gray one was in poor condition with bleach stains on it. The bathroom carpet was ripped and posed a trip hazard. I have some photos if the management wants to see them.There is conflicting information about checkout. The sign in the bedroom says 11:00 am but was advertised as 10:00 am checkout. They need to update their information. Each morning, there was a very noisy machine in the neighborhood which woke me up. The outdoor light which comes on automatically did not work so I used my phone's flashlight to open and close the door at night. FInally, it would be nice if the owners provided coffee for the money that I was paying and not just the Maxwell house in the refrigerator that a previous renter left (the owners told me that when I arrived.)
