When we arrived we were told we had to pay an amenity/resort fee when our Expedia booking claimed everything was included. It is what it is but what bothered us is upon entering the room the room smelled like old carpet, our mini fridge was dirty, our sheets had stains even though they were washed so we didn’t use them, another thing is our booking allegedly had a city view but all our view was the building to the side of us. The front desk/restaurant areas were nice yeah but once you get up to the rooms you can tell it’s just an older hotel/motel with new furniture.

Pretty good 1st time stay
The hotel room was a nice stay, but there was a small spot on the bathroom wall that looked like it was developing a hole. Beds were comfortable. Parking lot was a bit cramped and the breakfast selections could have been better. To be fair, I'm used to being able to have waffles for continental breakfast. I was told that there were two complimentary bottles of water for the room, but I somehow was charged for the one I used. They worked with me on some of the hotel charges for payment so they were helpful on that. I'd consider staying there again if I were in Portland again. We'll see

Charming Boutique Hotel
Very small hotel. I consider it a boutique hotel. Charming. Staff very friendly and helpful. Love the cozy feel. Love the open feel in the bar area and the game room it great!!

Really nice hotel with excellent room in a convenient location. The room and hallway were very warm, 78 degrees, and when I turned on the air conditioning it shot up to 80. We turned it off and slept with the window open which cooled us off but was noisy. We were told individual hvac units are being installed which would make it a delightful hotel.
