Staff is exceptional here and the room was very clean. It was setup before we arrived as per our request. They made our stay very pleasant. Very proactive communication and made sure we are able to check in before they close .

We had a very comfortable stay at Bloom House. The location is super convenient, right on a shopping street and just a short walk from the metro station. The staff were friendly and helpful - even went above and beyond to help us book tickets online when our credit card wasn't working on a Portuguese website. Overall a great place to stay.

Great location, near many sights. Lots of great coffee shops, tons of shopping. The highlight of our stay at Bloom House was the amazing staff. They were so helpful and gave us great info on what to see and where to go. We would definitely stay there again when we return to Porto.

Location was great & fun - centrally located - ability to walk everywhere - clean, comfortable, with staff who are readily available to help & guide. The only thing they did not have is ice or ability t make ice (ice trays)

Great weekend away in Porto
Excellent accommodation in a great location for shops/restaurants. The street is busy but the rooms are quiet and beautifully decorated. The staff are so friendly and helpful. They booked our evening meals to some lovely restaurants. It’s approx 25min walk to the river and a long walk back up hill or you could just book an Uber which are cheap and everywhere. We did a tuk tuk tour of the city and a river boat trip. Took the tram to the beach and went port tasting at Calem Musuem which I highly reccommend. A great city with great people

Love Sweet Porto in santa catarina street
Right on one of the best pedestrian street in Porto. Our room was at the back of the building with view on a lovely patio. Very convenient and walkable distance to the main area of old town. Staff very friendly and sharing excellent restaurants.
