Hotel from hell with kind staff

Great service from the kind people in the reception and during breakfast. The house and property it self is below all expectations! Smell of mold, toilets not flushing, holes and cracks in the walls, old towels with stains, half of the lamp switches fell off the wall when pressed, no sound isolation so one heard all neighbors and the noise from the street.

Horrível

Sabíamos que a estadia não iria ser de luxo, porque foi o que escolhemos, mas não esperavamos certas coisas. Deias de pó que pendiam no tecto, melgas mortas na parede do quarto, edifício a precisar de update, quarto onde se ouvia os sons vindos da rua e do corredor, encontrei uma aranha a passear no tapete do quarto, uma das funcionárias não utilizava mascara em nenhuma situação ou momento, é por último uma cama com um colchão rijo e onde não nos podíamos mexer sem fazer barulho. Depois de um dia cheio de movimento só queriamos descansar e não conseguimos porque sempre que um de nós se mexia o outro acordava. Uma noite para esquecer. Apenas 3 pontos positivos Os colaboradores eram todos eles simpáticos, perguntei ao pequeno almoço se tinham iogurtes, a senhora disse que não, mas que tinha um dela e foi super simpática por dispensar o dela. Após fazer o check out pedimos para deixar o carro no parque do hotel até ao fim do dia e mais uma vez o nosso pedido foi atendido. Apesar de haver pontos positivos, no geral, foi um total desastre.
