Excelente ubicación

El servicio excelente y la ubicación perfecta, solo algunos detalles de la habitación como manchas en el piso de la ducha y la tapa del inodoro suelta. Por lo demás, tuvimos una estancia perfecta, y el desayuno estuvo muy bueno. Tienen estaciones de café y galletitas en todos los pisos

Originally booked a suite but that was on the 4th floor. As there was no elevator, we had to change to a smaller room on the second floor. Unfortunately, you do not get a refund for this. The room was nice with a view of Santa Catarina street and the Santa Catarina pedestrian area. The staff do help you carry your luggage but there are a lot of stairs. There is no restaurant in the hotel so you order breakfast and they deliver it to you, on a cart, in the morning.

We couldn’t be happier with our stay. The staff were friendly, attentive and efficient. Breakfast served to your room was excellent and the 2pm cake was a delight. Teas and coffees were a great surprise too! We would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone.

Had a fantastic time staying at this property. The one downside is that there are no elevators, however encourage you to only pack a hand luggage and a backpack at best especially if you were staying on their top floor with the nicest rooms. The breakfast that they bring to your room is so good and the tarts included with this breakfast aren’t they good! Out of our room, the view was insane – without a doubt I’ll be back again

What an awesome experience staying at this property. The staff were amazing. Breakfast, that’s delivered directly to your room, was delicious. Just an all around great stay in a perfect location. One thing to take note of is the 2 storeys of stairs that you have to climb to get to the receptionist desk. But worth it.

Not as good as our stay at an FLH hotel in Lisbon

While the location of the property was great, the condition of the room could use some upgrades. The mattress was not comfortable, the room we had was quite small. The front end staff was amazing though and breakfast was great. Wish the room was more spacious since breakfast is served in the room.

Had the heat turn off due to the control unit being disconnected to the system. We were soaked from touring Porto and neesd heat. Staff set it to heat remotely. Got up to 26 degrees at 6.00 AM and we could not open the windows to cool off due to the atorm. Management denied any responsibility and were condescending and arrogant in their communication. No reapo ae from FLH head office. Front desk sraff was excellent.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Location is in the middle of everything you need while visiting Porto. Great restaurants, shops & historic sites are all located next to this hotel. The hotel employees: Vinicius, Carla and Alison made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this hotel. 20 out of 10.
