The child-friendly holiday home Casa Lia, a renovated farm in an absolutely quiet location, is situated on a hill near Portoferraio, surrounded by pine and olive trees and is very close to the Acquabona golf course. Consisting of a spacious living room with fireplace, a very well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it accommodates up to 6 people. Other facilities include heating, cable TV, board games and children's books, so that entertainment is also provided on cool and rainy days. The highlight is the large garden, which promises relaxing holidays with a furnished terrace as well as a fantastic view of the sea. The nearest beach can be reached in 8 minutes by car. Shopping facilities as well as restaurants and bars are 10 minutes away by car.
Guest under 22 years old are not allowed.
Late check-in has an extra cost.
The home owner can provide a ferry discount upon request.
