The property had a terrible smell. It was expensive and you had to drive to the town. We chose it because it was the only place available in Portsmouth NH at the time.

Had to change room water leaking from under the wall by bathroom. The place needs a revamp kind of run down for $125 the breakfast was good staff was nice pool and hot tub small but clean 7.2 not 8.4

The place and our room was very clean. They put us in a room very close to the entrance of the inn because I told them beforehand my mom was disabled and couldn’t walk far. It was very quiet, comfortable, and relaxing. The breakfast was good. The staff at the front desk were phenomenal. They were very helpful with giving us tips on places to eat and things to do, along with printed out directions how to get there. They were the most kindest people I met in a long time. I also, felt safe there because it was well lit and on a Main Street. Overall, we were very satisfied and would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to stay in Portsmouth, N. H.

The lady who worked reception was very nice, friendly, and thorough with explaining about the hotel. The hotel is pretty dated- could use some updates like rugs. My main problem was that the walls were paper thin. I felt like my neighbors were in the same room with me. The shower head was great but I was too tall for it.
