Boutique Romantic Villa in Sardinia with hot tub

One bedroom boutique romantic villa in rural setting on the North Eastern coast of Sardinia.

The villa is inspired by our travels in Asia, and is furnished with antiques we have shipped to Italy from China, Thailand, India etc. It has two huge covered patios, scattered with vintage furniture, including an upholstered Chinese day bed. There is an integral barbeque, outdoor shower and a five person hot tub / jacuzzi outside.

Inside, the facilities are of a high standard with WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen area, with a large SMEG vintage-style fridge-freezer, a modern and comfortable sofabed, a washing machine (in the utility room), and a large flat-screen TV with integral DVD player & an iPod dock. There is a luxurious bathroom with a bidet. In the bedroom, there is an antique four poster bed from Burma, and a ceiling fan to keep cool at night.

The villa is set in a secluded and enclosed two acre (7km2) garden, planted with a huge variety of palms, Mediterranean trees, shrubs and flowers. The garden is surrounded by farm land and olive groves and has dramatic views of granite mountains.

It is the perfect place for people who want to enjoy the best beaches in the world that Sardinia has to offer, with white sands and clear turquoise water, but at the same time avoid the summer crowds by relaxing in a private environment.

During your stay at this villa, you'll be close to La Calletta Marina. Features include 1 hot tub and laundry facilities. Free WiFi and a kitchen are available in the villa.

PURELY AMAZING

The stay was fabulous. The house is perfect for one or a couple. It has an amazingly cultivated garden where you just want to hang out the whole day - it's so beautiful. We travelled in winter, and there was a nice heater that we could use with wood - it was very cosy. The owners gave us a box with christmas bread and proseco - that was relly sweet. From this location we could easily travel to different destination. Definitely recommended.

Tranquil getaway

We had a lovely peaceful week in the villa. The decor is beautiful and very colonial looking. If you want nightlife or to be near to amenities then this won’t be the place for you. You will need a car. However that said it is not far at all to various areas where you can find shops etc. The local coastline is beautiful with sandy beaches and crystal clear waters. The locals are very friendly even though English not widely spoken this wasn’t a problem.

If you are looking for bright lights and action this property is not for you....however if you enjoy complete peace and tranquility it absolutely is! The grounds offer sun and shade, whether on the comfortable seating or the lovely daybed on the huge wraparound terrace or in the hammock or on the sunny patio. It’s difficult to tear yourselves away. Posada, the nearest little town is delightful with a good supermarket and restaurants , lovely sandy beach with parking and a couple of shops and a visit up to the castle to see the views is a must.

Paradise in Posada

Our 5 days spent at this property were blissfully relaxing. The garden is so beautiful and we struggled to drag ourselves away. This property has everything you need and the outside space with it's verandas and seating areas are very special. I've never tried a hammock before but I'm a fan after gently swaying and gazing up into the trees while listening to the nightingale singing. Thank you Peter & Efisio and not forgetting Antonio for all his much appreciated hard work in the garden. Sheila & Simon Wood

Amazing, romantic villa

We had such a lovely time at this romantic, unique and beautiful countryside villa! It was the perfect beginning to our Sardinian vacation and we wished we could have stayed an entire month! We particularly enjoyed the huge outside patio and living area, as it was surrounded by lush gardens and such an abundance of nature! We appreciated the extra touches of a bottle of prosecco and a large bottle of water as arrival gifts and Peter's instructions and recommendations were a great addition!

Great house with tropical garden

House is well located, as it’s just a few kilometres from Siniscola, Posada and La Caletta, but at the same time absolutely private and detached. Interior is well designed, but you will spend the most of the time at the patio, equiped with vintage furniture and increadible view to the tropical garden. We had a great time in this house. Beautiful villa with lovely informal garden

We had a very warm welcome from Antonio and family when we collected the keys. He then escorted us to the villa, and the moment we arrived we knew it was special. The location is rural, but that's one of the reasons we booked it, and very beautiful. The only sound we heard was the bells on the sheep next door!!! The villa was spotlessly clean, with everything that we needed to self cater as required. Furnishings are very tasteful, without being too formal. We felt at home. The garden is, again, informal but beautiful. The large veranda at the back of the house has very comfy furniture, so much so, that we spent hardly any time inside. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting peace and quiet, and a little taste of "real" Sardinia.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in romantischer, ruhiger Lage mitten im Palmengarten zwischen Olivenhainen

Wunderschöner Urlaub im Paradies! Das Ferienhaus mitten im Palmengarten war ein Traum. Der Whirlpool und das Außenbett mit Moskitonetz auf der Terrasse waren für uns Entspannung pur. Die Gastgeber, Peter und Efisio, waren super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich und haben uns tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben. Ruhe pur, umgeben von Natur und exotischen Pflanzen. Ein schöner, unvergesslicher Aufenthalt!

Un lieu de tranquillité

Pour passer des vacances au calme et reposantes c'est le bon endroit. Mais aussi très bien placé pour partir visiter la région aussi bien vers le nord que vers le Sud. L'habitation est simple mais bien équipée. Grand ventilateur au plafond dans la chambre et sur la terrasse. Très bon accueil d'antonio et Peter toujours disponible pour répondre à mes questions. Wonderful blissful small cottage

We had a wonderful stay at this house for 6 nights in August 2023. Fabulous green lush tropical garden - wonderful shaded terrace with lounge, modern bathroom. Lots of detailed information and recommendations received from landlord. Brother-in-law comes by every day around 18:00 for watering the garden - and the garden is a small paradise oasis. House is approx. 3 km from La Caletta (small seaside village) so a small 10 min drive to the beaches.

Oases Posada

We, a familly of 4, stayed 10 days at Villa (Oases) Posada. We have been here before, 5 years ago, and loved the place. We knew, if in Sardegna then only here. In comparison to last time, the huge garden has become more of a beautiful park, where one can walk through any time of the day and enjoy the vegetation, birds or just simply the silence. Also new to the place a huge whirlpool making the place even more special. The place is unbelivably huge, hence it offers enough room for each of us, adults and teenagers. Peter und Efisio have invested a lot in this place creating an oases of beauty and peace, a place to remember, and we can't but thank them again for making this place accessible to us. Havre de paix

Superbe maison nichée dans une verdure luxuriante à 7 minutes en voiture de la plage, au calme complet, seuls le bruit des cigales et des cloches des moutons se font entendre. La maison n’est pas grande, mais largement suffisante puisque nous passons la plus grande partie de notre temps à l’extérieur (il faut s’équiper contre les moustiques). Il faut rouler sur un chemin caillouteux pendant quelques minutes pour y accéder. Peter a su répondre à toutes nos demandes très rapidement et avec une grande gentilesse. Vacances magnifiques chez les Sardes.

Giardino tropicale in Sardegna

Parte esterna stupenda, giardino immenso, vasca con idromassaggio, patio molto spazioso con zona pranzo e zona relax. Interno più piccolo ma confortevole. Seppur situata in una zona che offre molta privacy, la città e le spiagge con mare cristallino sono a 5-10 minuti di macchina.

Schönes Haus, mit traumhaftem Garten, mitten in der Natur.

Der ganze Vorgang von der Buchung bis hin zur Abreise, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter Peter sowie Schwager war super. Schnelle Antwort auf alle Fragen und ausreichende Informationen. Die Schlüsselübergabe und das einchecken erfolgten problemlos, wir wurden herzlich empfangen, uns wurde alles gezeigt. Die Bilder entsprechen komplett der Realität , diese wurde sogar übertroffen. Der Garten ist ein Traum. Die Veranda ebenfalls. Es gibt genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten. Der Jacuzzi war zu unserer Zeit leider nicht benutzbar, aber der Vermieter kam uns diesbezüglich entgegen und es wurde alles getan, das Probelm zu beheben. Der Weg zum Haus ist definitv nichts für tiefergelegte Autos, das sollte man eventuell erwähnen. Wir hatten mit dem SUV jedoch keine Probleme , die Strasse ist jedoch sehr abenteuerlich. Rundum haben wir uns sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt. Wir würden das Haus weiterempfehlen.

Toller Garten

Ein unglaublich schöner und erholsamer botanischer Garten. Wir waren nur noch selten am Strand. Wir haben uns lieber im Garten und auf der Terrasse aufgehalten. Dort beim Lesen, Katze streicheln, Chillen und Domino spielen dem Summen der Insekten auf den Blüten und dem Zwitschern der Spatzen zu lauschen war einfach unglaublich friedlich und stressfrei. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder.
