The man working counter was very nice, but this morning when I told the women I left hairdryer in room she was a very perturbed that I bothered her. I was trying to be kind and she was very cranky, there was not a hairdryer in the room and the maintence guy brought one up that attached to the wall. I asked that it be reattached till after we left. She was very rude that I even bothered her but I did not want to be charged for pulling it off the wall which I did not do. People in the hospitality business are supposed to be kind not bothered to talk to a guest.

Breakfast was good for a continental. Shower was strong and hot. Pool was closed! Bed was very stiff and room tv was pretty small by modern standards. Overall average experience at best for 3 star with pool closure being a huge disappointment my family was unaware of when booked. Small town problem i guess.

There was no water in the pool at all and it’s supposed to be year round. The breakfast sucked and there was people stomping all over the place.

In Desperate Need of Updating!!!

The tub stopper didn’t work properly. The TV was manufactured in 2010. I think it was a 27-32 inch TV in need of updating. Ironing board looked 15 years old. Front desk lady had no personality. Pool and hot tub broken 3 years. Front desk said they can’t do a late check out unless you sign up for IHG membership. In other words, you didn’t sign up for them to sell your info and send you lots of spam mail. I will stay somewhere else next time.
