Pros-Staff was friendly, convenient location to walk to just about anything, breakfast was wonderful with more choices than most hotels, room was spacious. Cons-I don’t like the bulk amenities in bathrooms and the lotion was empty. The pool looked nice my granddaughter got in however the hot tub was disgusting, mold growing around the top edge and nasty ‘stuff’ in the bubbles and peeling off the edge. Definitely needed cleaned for a while.

We’ve stayed here before and it’s very clean and the staff is very nice and helpful. We had an issue with the shower but was fixed in a timely fashion.

The door to the room would not lock so we had to change rooms. Glad we double checked the door when we were leaving for dinner.

The rooms were clean and the staff friendly. However, it was loud at night with cars and motorcycles. The room had only 1 chair that was a desk chair. It would be nice for rooms to have at least 2 comfortable chairs or a sofa.

Nice Stay
We selected a suite and it was spacious enough for all 4 of us to relax nicely and not feel crammed in. The only thing we wish there was, is a vent/fan of some kind in the shower and toilet room. The entire room would feel a little muggy after someone would take a shower. But overall it was a nice stay. Service was good. Breakfast was good. Will stay again on our next trip to Prescott Valley.
