Overall I had a pleasant stay at this place, one of the nicest experiences we had as a family. definitely recommended. Here are some of the pros and cons for this place:
1- House is well built, plenty of sleeping space, outdoor and water activities
2- lake is extremely quiet. almost dead quiet, you may see one pontoon sometimes but that's about it. at 40 acres it's a bit small for an all sport lake so not much length for water skiing and such.
3- You can dive right from the dock! which was great and the kids just kept climbing and diving. However, the sandy area is almost non existent, you have about 15 ft of muck before it cliffs down rapidly so watch out for your young ones.
4- city is super super quiet, there is a grocery store and a pizza store near by but that's about it. plan on hanging around the cabin with a nice book and a in-house entertainment
5- Kirk is quick to answer and easy to talk to.
The cons: (not many)
1- it's a bit pricey! I like the place and had a nice time in it. But at this rate I may consider other options for next time. I have stayed in similar places before for a cheaper rate.
2- bugs all day long, I couldn't stay long at any of the yards. Easily fixed with some bug pesticide.
3- The main living space is not big enough for a large family. For a house that can hold up to 18 individuals, there's no great room to keep them all in one space. The table on the deck is pretty decent though for meals.
Overall I recommend this place and had an enjoyable time at it
