Summary:
Located in Downtown Providence - perfect walkable spot to all that Downtown has to offer! When at the apartment, enjoy your private patio that is next to the Moshassuck River. The building is a historic foundry so inside has a loft-like feel with a tall open ceiling. Conveniently located near the train (8 minute walk), highway, and College Hill.
The Space:
We wish to continue to host guests, so unfortunately, this space is NOT suitable for Parties or Events.

The apartment is on the 1st floor with no other apartment above it. It has a private entrance so it feels like it's own building even though there are 4 other apartments in the building attached next door. The apartment is equipped for up to 4 guests, and designed with a central, open concept kitchen, dining and living area. It has tons of windows that let in natural daylight! Despite the thorough renovations of all our apartments, the building itself remains an older structure and because of this and its proximity to the riverfront, it is considered unsuitable for young children. However, if your children are 6 years or older and you understand these considerations, we would be happy to accommodate your stay.
There are 2 bedrooms, both with a queen size bed. One bedroom has a dedicated workspace and a large closet. The other bedroom has a wardrobe closet. The apartment is loft-like so the ceilings are all open / the walls do not go all the way up to the ceiling.
There are 1.5 bathrooms. The primary bathroom has a shower with whirlpool tub! Please note: because the whirlpool tub is deeper than a normal tub, you have a higher tub edge to get over to get into the shower. There is a stackable washer and dryer in the apartment.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics and some extras for your stay. You can easily cook in the apartment or dine out at the many fabulous restaurants within walking distance.
The living area has comfortable leather seating and a TV with a SmartTV.
The patio is a great spot to enjoy coffee in the morning or your favorite beverage at night as you take in the peaceful running river.
Note: there is an apartment in the attached building next door being renovated so you may see Contractors in our driveway during the day. They enter/exit the building via a separate door.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire apartment and private patio.
The Neighborhood:
Conveniently located, a short walk to Downtown or College Hill. Great restaurants nearby and many places to explore within walking distance.
Getting Around:
If you like walking, this is the place to just park your car and explore the city! You can walk to much of the city, but Uber and Lyft are also available, and many scooter operators are also available in the city.
Other Things to Note:
We have two dedicated off-street parking spots in our driveway.
The apartment building is located within walking distance to everything however it is on a busy road.
