Condo de luxe 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain à The Grandview sur Grace Bay Beach (6 couchages plus bébé). Ce condo de 1850 pieds carrés est situé au deuxième étage du développement haut de gamme de 18 unités de Grandview, qui occupe l'une des plus belles étendues de la célèbre plage de Grace Bay. Étant une unité de coin à l'extrémité la plus calme du développement, il bénéficie d'une lumière de fenêtre supplémentaire et d'une grande terrasse couverte plus ouverte. Le développement dispose d'une piscine, d'un bain à remous et d'une salle de fitness sur place, et de nombreux excellents restaurants sont facilement accessibles à pied. À environ 5 minutes en voiture, il y a le supermarché Graceway Gourmet bien approvisionné et de nombreuses boutiques. Un plus grand supermarché est situé à environ 10 minutes. Une planche à pagaie et deux kayaks sont disponibles pour votre usage personnel. Le condo comprend les commodités suivantes:

Great Vacation!

One word…Perfect!
We had a tremendous stay at this property. Condo was super clean and well appointed. Beautiful view with a private balcony on second level. Kitchen and baths had everything we needed. Ample watersports gear in private garage. Location is top notch right on Grace Bay. This has been the best location in our multiple visits to T&C. Just steps away from the beach and pool. Private beach chairs and umbrellas setup each day. This is an amazing place for which we hope to return. Highly recommend.

Wife and I stayed here 7-12 Oct 2024 celebrating 25th wedding anniversary and wife’s birthday. Simply put this place is even better than the pictures and descriptions! Ocean view was amazing! Beach access amazing! Chairs/umbrellas on the beach amazing! Property owner Rachael and manager Adeline amazing! Spacious condo could’ve easily accommodated two couples. Large open living/dining room and balcony. Walked to various on the beach (literally) restaurants each night. Definitely want to come back and definitely want to stay here again.

Location, location, location!!!
Myself and 2 girlfriends decided to take a trip for our 60th birthdays. The condo at the Grandview couldn’t have been any better!! Location, location, location!!! We thoroughly enjoyed the convenience of literally EVERYTHING from local beach restaurants, bars, fine dining and shopping! I can’t say enough about Adeline the property manager and her ability to get back to us with inquiries or questions so quickly! The condo was clean, beautifully decorated and OH the view of the daily sunrises and sunsets!! You can’t go wrong with this property!!

Could not have been more pleased with this condo and can't wait to go back! Owner and property manager: they were always quick to respond with any questions we had Location: perfectly situated on Grace Bay beach with a hotel on each side of the property where you can go for food and drinks Condo: has everything you could need and more, very clean, spacious for my husband and I and two teen girls, incredible views of the ocean, always chairs open on beach and pool Tips: rent a car through Grace Bay Rentals and get 10% off since staying at Grandview, get groceries on way from airport at the IGA, explore the other beaches on the island, go into town for shopping, etc.; and charter a boat with Grace Bay Adventures, they'll pick you up right on the beach and take you to whatever you want to see (snorkel, see dolphins and sea turtles, dive for conch, jump off the abandoned ship, etc.)

Just beautiful
Condo was exceptionally clean and well stocked. Beds were very comfortable. Location and views were incredible. Communications with Rachel and Adeline were very prompt and both were super helpful and accommodating. Adeline helped us secure dinner reservations and was beyond helpful our entire stay! Beach was breathtaking. We rented a car based on recommendation from Rachel and we’re glad we did. Driving on the island was easy and we were able to enjoy so many great restaurants. We will definitely be back💙

Killer OCEAN view, access, location and CLEAN!
AMAZING condo with an OCEAN VIEW steps from the beach and a pool and hot tub on the ocean side. Do yourself a favor and save money on the resort costs and get yourself an ocean front view and balcony. You can walk next door to resorts for dinner or just a short way down the beach. Wonderful service from the concierge suggesting restaurants and activities and super easy check-in process. Highly recommend!

This was our second time to stay in this condo and we absolutely loved it! It’s clean and beautiful and equipped with everything you need. The owner and manager are so friendly and helpful. Perfect location! I love that the beach isn’t crowded and the chairs and umbrellas are set up for early birds. The shaded patio balcony is my favorite spot. We love to go to happy hour at the resort next door everyday before we go to dinner. Best of all worlds here!

Breathtakingly Beautiful and Everything You Want and Need
This property was truly beautiful, clean, spacious and specatularly stocked with everything you could possibly need (except the food!). The view of the beach, the large front deck overlooking the water, the grounds around the property and the amentities all surpassed our expectations. There were plenty of places to walk to for food and drink and it was a quick trip by car from the airport. Having 2 bedrooms and baths was a plus, the beds, couch, dining chairs were all comfortable. Grace Bay beach right out front is hands down the most beautiful beach and water we have ever seen and there were always plenty of chairs by the beach and pool, no need to rush out there! Communication was excellent and Rachel was a pleasure to work with as well as property manager Adeline P. who assisted us with Massages (they came to the condo!) and dinner reservations! We will definitely book this condo again in the future!!

The property manager was beyond responsive and attended to all of our needs. The villa was well appointed, clean and comfortable. The view is incredible. We have stayed many other places on the island and this unit equals or exceed any other vacation home.

Wonderful Trip and Accommodations
The condo was just as advertised in a great location. So convenient to the beach with access to chairs and umbrellas that were set up each morning. The coolers and ice packs with beach towels made life great. Walkable to many restaurants. Owners binder was so incredibly helpful for transportation etc. Sunset Catamaran cruise is a must. Adeline the property manager was awesome and very attentive with communication and suggestions. Would definitely book this property again!
