Host Jasmine was helpful before our trip, answering all questions. Condo is lovely, beautiful remote location what we expected. However issues came up in our 4 day stay and management response compounded them so that I can’t leave a completely positive review. During our stay, a balcony railing loosened and became unsafe to lean on. I alerted Jasmine and agreed she could send maintenance. I asked we be notified when they were coming, was told yes, but they came unannounced to look at it. Couldn’t be repaired before we left.
On the morning we had to checkout we were removing our food from the freezer and found it wasn’t working. Spoiled food had to be thrown out. I left a message for Jasmine as soon as I knew.
15 minutes before check out time the cleaning staff came in and started walking through all the rooms in the condo while we were still gathering up our belongings. I tried to speak with her but she acted as if she didn’t understand and didn’t wait outside.
Her presence brought a hurried stress but we were out by 11:00 check out time. At 7pm, one of our group realized they left a phone behind. Called Jasmine asap hoping to contact new guest, make a plan to retrieve it. Jasmine wouldn’t allow it. It would disturb the guests. She’d contact them, get back to us in AM. But it wasn’t until PM we were told to ring phone so guest could listen for it and it’s battery was dead. 2days later still not allowed to talk to new guests, flight home w/no phone. Definitely disturbed.
