The property is very accurately described. You've got a master bedroom with a king bed, a guest bedroom with a queen, and another guest room with two twin/full beds. It's great for accommodating 5-6 guests, and has a lovely kitchen/dining/living room area. You also have access to a two car garage which is nice, with a nice outdoor sofa that you can utilize. The front and back yard areas aren't fenced off or enclosed, but you do still have a very private setup in the front yard area. The only reason I'm not giving 5-stars is because the check-in process wasn't as smoothed as I had hoped. Nathan is great with the communication, I asked for an earlier check-in (honestly the 4 pm restriction by VRBO is just silly, most people are going to arrive for a trip in the morning), however that process wasn't the smoothest. Nathan told me we could check-in at 2, and being optimistic I hoped we might be able to check-in earlier, which couldn't be accommodated as the cleaning person needed to finish cleaning. It was extremely hot in Pueblo, and with our dog, this limited us to really not being able to do anything but kill time until the VRBO was ready. The cleaning lady was not pleasant, as we arrived at 1:30 to wait to check-in and she told me "You're so early, like 3 hours." I informed her we had an earlier check-in that we discussed with Nathan, but ultimately, we didn't get into the VRBO until about 2:45 or so. Her lack of professionalism really hindered the check-in process.
