The room was neat and had a full kitchen. Water pressure in the shower was phenomenal. Street is very quiet. This is the gringo end of town, so your Spanish won't get tested to hard. ;-)
Only compliant was the bed sits very low, making it hard to climb up out of. Also, close the drapes after dark, as the tinting only works when it's darker outside than it is inside.
Overall, great spot, quiet street. Rent a car, or at least a scooter to get to and from the beaches. Also, hit the farmer's market near Playa Principal and save by preparing fresh meals in your own roomy kitchen.
