Notre adhésion au Club Premier permet à nos clients de profiter de tous les services et commodités de Punta Mita, notamment les parcours de golf Signature Jack Nicklaus, les clubs de plage Resort, le club de plage St Regis, les restaurants, les courts de tennis et les installations de gymnastique.

Cette maison de vacances exquise de 3950 PCS est l’un des condos les plus luxueux, bien aménagés et impeccables en bord de mer à Punta Mita; adjacent au 7ème fairway du parcours de golf Jack Nicklaus Signature. Vous aurez une vue non obstruée de chaque fenêtre. Depuis le grand patio et la chambre principale, vous verrez la vaste étendue de l'océan et notre piscine en contrebas sur la plage. La nuit, les lumières de la ville de Puerto Vallarta sont visibles et la lune scintille sur l'océan.

Comme notre condo est l'un des rares situés directement sur la plage, votre vue sur l'océan et les montagnes ne sont pas obstruées. Tous les condos situés derrière notre maison ont une vue limitée qui est obstruée ou au-dessus des toits du bâtiment en front de mer situé devant eux - bâtiments 1 à 4. Nous sommes dans le bâtiment 2.

Incredible Trip
Fantastic stay at condo 206 in Hacienda de Mita. The pictures are a very accurate depiction of the property. 3 large, ensuite bedrooms and a 4th that was great for our two kids (age 5 and 7), with bunk beds (would not be ideal for a couple/older children). Susanna was amazing - her breakfasts/lunch/dinners were all exceptional and she kept the place very clean. The location is fantastic - right on the beach (with great surfing), extremely close to the town (with great restaurants), and within easy golf cart distance to beach clubs, Four Seasons, St. Regis. Property came with access to all beach clubs and the golf course, which was used almost every day.Overall a fantastic stay and I would gladly return.

Beautiful condo in the heart of Punta Mita
We were looking for an alternative to our typical expensive Four Seasons Thanksgiving week and have discovered Punta Mita. The condo is centrally located between all of the available beach clubs. Each club comes with its own flavor but all have great chairs with shade and excellent service. Each has its own restaurant with very reasonable prices. We chose to spend two days at the St Regis beach club which was lovely but has a minimum food and beverage purchase of $85 per person. With the exception of Sufi Beach Club you should plan to arrive no later than 9:45am to get premium chairs. The condo was right on the beach with incredible sunrise views. It is spacious with 3 full rooms and a fourth (maids quarters) with bunk beds. This room would only work for very young kids. The condo came with Susana who cooked breakfasts for us and cleaned the rooms each day. This condo is also directly next to the private entrance to the little town. Groceries, pharmacies and outside restaurants are just steps away.

Wonderful Stay
We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The concierge service was very helpful in arranging things ahead of time. Check in was a breeze. Susanna was spectacular. She made breakfast for us every morning of the week were were there and dinner for us on four nights and we were very impressed with her cooking skills. Overall, the unit is even better than described in the listing. We would absolutely love to return someday.

Great for a girlfriend’s getaway
We had a wonderful time. The condo was perfect for our group of seven. As others have stated, it’s important to know that the 4th and smallest bedroom also houses the washer/dryer and is used by the cook/maid during the day. Our friend who took that room got up early and out of the room before Susana came each morning around 8:00 so it wasn’t a problem. Look at the photos and floor plan of the rooms provided; they are accurate. Susana, the housekeeper/cook was great! 5 stars to her! She was so pleasant and cooked delicious meals and cleaned thoroughly. (I hope she has a well paid vacation soon! She works so hard. ) We enjoyed sitting on the ocean view patio that was well shaded most of the day. The tables are so large that is was hard to pass shared plates at the dining table or play games outside. We thought lazy Susan’s would help. The condo is well located for an easy walk into town and the golf cart was great for getting to the beach clubs. I would go back.

Perfect location!
We loved how centrally located this property is and it has beautiful views. It's a quick walk to town and restaurants and none of the beach clubs are too far away. Susana is an excellent chef and the condo was pristine. Travelers should be aware that the fourth bedroom/laundry is very small. It was too small for the two 16 yo's that stayed there. I wouldn't recommend putting anyone in there aside from small kids. Also, the laundry is in constant use by Susana. The girls felt like they had zero privacy and that she would come in mornings to change laundry while they were still sleeping. Privacy was an issue: while it was great having housekeeping, as soon as you were out of bed (and often in the en suite bathroom), Susana was in making the bed. We were also unprepared for needing to pay cash for everything at the property: surf lessons, an extra golf cart, groceries that are purchased for your meals, transportation...we of course brought cash but needed much more than $500. You need about $1500 in cash, depending on what you do. Both Wendy and Rosina, the concierges, were great. Helpful and quick to respond. All in all, we had a lovely stay and now know what to expect.

Wonderful Time in Punta Mita
Just returned from a week at this condo in Punta Mita with my wife and daughter and it was fabulous. The description of the property doesn’t really do it justice. Having rented houses all over North America in the last 20 years this was one of the best most professional experiences we have had. Everything about the condo and surrounding property is exceptional. Bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable with separate thermostats (AC worked great), bathrooms were spotless and lots of hot water. The pool area and beach are incredibly clean. Ocean out front is swimmable and if you surf there is a great break (good for beginners) right out front. We always felt completely safe and were all over the 1500 acres in the golf cart provided. There are 4-5 excellent restaurants a 2-minute walk away. Our concierge Rosina was responsive and can arrange dinner reservations, excursions etc. Suzanna prepared great authentic Mexican breakfast and lunch for us as well as a tasty dessert or 2. The beach clubs all have their own vibe with great food and staffed by outstanding and friendly employees. We will definitely be back next year!

Wow! What a property!
From start to finish this apartment is simply fantastic. Susannah is an incredible chef and keeps the apartment immaculate. There were 7 of us there celebrating my sisters birthday (mix of US and UK) and each of us had the exact same thought, WOW! it is s clean and comfortable and the diversity of beach club options is amazing Our favorite was Kupuri but Pacifico was certainly 1.a. Drinks at at Mita Mary for sunset are a must. The best part all of these clubs can be accessed for free with this rental. Once there drinks and food are reasonable and the service is second to none. You have a six seat cart to get from place to place, though my wife and I walked the 2 miles to Kupuri each day for a little exercise. You can also walk into town and have dinner at amazing seaside restaurants (Rustica and Pescadora were our favorites). If you want to feel pampered while wallowing in a luxurious environment, rent this apartment! We will be back for sure.

Property not as shown or listed. One of the bedrooms used for maid/cleaning and is not usable. AC out upon arrival, no hot water. Staff just knocks on door and then comes right in- NO PRIVACY. Ocean is so rocky you cannot swim in it. Filth around property. Homeless sleeping just on other side of pool Under Trees. We weren’t given anything promised on tours and excursions offered through the concierge. I was told No option for a refund until I stood my ground. Reservations for dinner made through concierge didn’t happen. We were told we didn’t have a reservations for dinner or at the beach clubs. WE RESERVED AND CONFIRMED MONTHS BEFORE OUR ARRIVAL. Food or water left the entire family With a stomach illness. DO NOT STAYB HERE. You are more secure with a five star hotel (I.e. Four Seasons) . What a waste of over $10k. Concierge had no problem Making sure we left a tip at check out.

Fantastic Vacation
We loved it - family all ranked it over our recent trips to Hawaii and Puerto Rico. The property was just as pictured, the food was amazing, and the location is fantastic. Our excursion to the Marietas islands and snorkeling was also outstanding. No complaints. We did find that the shuttles set up by the concierge was quite a bit more expensive than other options, but you're paying for a more professional transport, nicer vehicle etc.

The inside needs some serious TLC. During our stay…. One sink constantly dripped, and a/c went out in one of the bedrooms. The bathroom in one of the bedrooms had a significant leak and it wasn’t fixed. The furniture is completely scratched up, and not comfortable at all. We were going to leave a week early, but Susanna was very hospitable.. she’s the reason we stayed.

Punta Mita
We had a wonderful stay in Punta Mita. The condo was beautiful and very comfortable. Between the concierge service and having Susana at the house, everything was very easy to coordinate, including meals, transportation, and activities. The location is great, and we enjoyed being just a few steps from “town,” as well as visiting the beach clubs via golf cart.
