I really enjoyed my stay at this property. I have a fiesta club and it was absolutely amazing. The happy hour was phenomenal every single day. I thought the food options were solid if you manage your expectations. The seafood restaurant was probably the best on site. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options and the Mexican was the best. The green juice was fabulous. The staff was also very friendly and at tentative. I definitely would stay at this property again.

My wife and I celebrated our 25th Anniversary here and have been coming to Fiesta Americana for years now. The hotel is an oasis of relaxation and the staff friendly and welcoming. We love the breakfast buffet and the other delicious dining options here too. We are never disappointed with our stay at this beautiful hotel.

I booked the trip for my parents to celebrate my dad’s birthday, they had an excellent experience, customer service was phenomenal! They definitely came back relaxed and are looking forward to staying there again in the near future!

I wouldn’t stay here again!!! The rooms are very outdated, nothing like the pictures online. There was no hot/ warm water to shower with. You have to make reservations for the restaurants and when you show up they give you different run arounds. We booked at the Italian restaurant for 5:30, when we show up they say it opens until 6 and that it’s a buffet. They said no pool attire at restaurants (which is understandable… they told me to change) and when we showed up again there were people in bathing suits. Food isn’t that great. They offered us a membership for $8750 which includes a discounted rate for hotels/resorts around the world for 5 years. Because we declined the membership, the staff got upset and started giving us attitude!!! The only staff that was respectful and did an amazing job were the maintenance/ cleaning ladies, they were great!! There are better resorts available in puerto Vallarta, don’t stay here!!! For the amount of money we paid I would’ve assumed better services/ amenities but that wasn’t the case.

The property was clean and the outside landscaped areas were nice. Not impressed with the elevator as one time, the elevator didn't move and all of us inside had to get out and go to the next elevator. It did appear that another elevator across the hall (in the lobby) was boarded up as it was under construction? Other than the elevator, all good, the staff was nice and attentive, from the food to the room staff, we were happy with our stay.

We had a great stay! The customer service was excellent, and the housekeeping staff did an amazing job—our room was always spotless. The shower head in our bathroom needed replacing though, which was a minor issue. The food was fantastic, with plenty of options. The Mexican dishes were especially delicious, and the desserts were a highlight! However, the Asian food could use some improvement. A special mention to the lady at the coffee shop, who was very professional and welcoming. If you want extra perks, I recommend booking the Fiesta Club rooms—you’ll get access to veranda seating at the Chula Vista (breakfast buffet), Italian restaurant by the pool, and entry to the Sonne Club (adult pools). A heads-up: the Sonne Club gets quite crowded during the day, so there’s no guarantee of getting a spot. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it, with just a few areas for improvement!

This was our third visit to this resort. It is the perfect size, and the location is excellent. Very quick trip from airport. Our meals at the restaurants were delicious and reservations were easy to acquire. The lovely young lady assisting us at the towel/service hut by the pool was a joy. She was always smiling, helpful and ready to make our stay as perfect as possible. Our waiters at the restaurants were also very helpful and kind. We did notice that service at the lobby bar, and the pool bar was less than what we had experienced in the past. More often than not, we waited excessively for a drink order. The breakfast buffet was nice - great atmosphere and food was very good. Front desk and bellmen service was exceptional. Our rooms were clean, and the maid service was perfect. It was a lovely stay overall.

Loved the beach area under the palm trees. It was quieter than the pool for the times when you wanted a bit of peace and quiet. The new beachfront restaurant is going to be a beautiful addition. In general the food was wonderful. Staff were lovely and so helpful. Our shower wasn’t getting hot so I let reception know and it got fixed immediately. We also asked to borrow an HDMI cable to watch a hockey game in our room and they gladly loaned us one. We also took an Uber to the Malecón which was really fun. All in all it was a really wonderful vacation and I would definitely go back. ☺️

I have stayed 2 times at Fiesta Americana. Great resort and beautiful property. Food is ok to good and having a Breakfast buffet is nice. Only downside was I called for room service (included) and it never came unfortunately so that was the only downside.
