I had an amazing stay at this resort! The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, and the resort itself was spotless. The food was delicious, with plenty of variety to keep things exciting. The staff truly made the experience unforgettable—special thanks to Isaac Walter, Richard, Ledy, and the entire entertainment team for their warmth and energy. The entertainment was fantastic, with highlights like the white party, foam party, and pottery classes. Highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a memorable getaway!

Staff wasn’t the friendliest. They were more interested in having conversations with themselves than interacting with visitors. Restaurants hours don’t overlap so you an only eat at certain times. The food was ok. I don’t feel like staff communicated very well. They would tell me one thing at one front desk another at the other.

Our server Juan from the Bar at the pool area from building 83 was the most amazing and friendly guy on the whole premise. He should be definitely promoted to the next level. He was a prime example of dedication, excellent customer service and courtesy !! The Greek and Japanese Restaurant really offered poor food choices . There is no quiet area for relaxation and enjoying the Caribbean flair . Very loud resort

Hotel was nice. Service was very random. Some people would be extremely nice and speak perfect english. Some would just ignore you. We were missing the blanket on the first night, just a layer of the sheet covers.

The property and the resorts around them are pretty nice. But was disappointed ☹️ that I didn’t get my room decorated for my bday as I had previously requested. They had promised to have something special and they didn’t. Also . The property is very outs dated. The rooms need an upgrade and need remodeling. The outlets to charge were so old they were not compatible with my IPhone charger. Maintenance had to come and screw then tighter to make sure my IPhone could charge. The TV is not even Smart TV is an old small tv. There were few positive things we left our passports in the vault and couldn’t open it they brought a locksmith to open it immediately. Also 2 of the front desk gentleman were very helpful and courteous in ensuring we would get everything we needed. Their names are : Julio and Johhfred. Another terrible thing that happened was the Japenese restaurant we ate was old and very dirty the trash can was next to me the dining room was filthy and the restaurant smelled like mold. The floors were old and cracked. Overall my experience for visiting the first time was not very impressed .

Property definitely needs an upgrade in the room features. The TV is so small and no access to internet or channels. Tiles were cracked, cut my toe in the bathroom. Food options were good, just not very diverse.

Very clean, staff were unbelievably great, food at buffet was absolutely delicious. The only complaint I have is the amount of noise that comes from the staff area behind the building every day at 7 AM..so early

I had a really bad experience in my staying in this hotel room was with. leaking in the sink so I almost fell in the bathroom floor they took 3 hours to go and checked the problem, than that day at night water was dripping from the ceiling I tried to get another room and they refused
